  1. I have mixed feelings about this, but I need something else more practical. Good news is that after I sell any vehicle, within 4 years the prices skyrocket. So that is good for you guys.
  2. Well the day has come. The Comanche is for sale. Took it to a car show tonight with a for sale sign. Have 5 people interested in it. They want to see it in the daylight. We will see how many call me back. One person said it was for his brother in Michigan, and I told him I can't sell it to him.
  3. Glad it worked out for you.
  4. Ok, I see it now. Thanks Pete.
  5. What do you see? That's the way mine work. Turn off your headlights and the fogs turn off. What am I missing here.
  6. I have one that's not perfect. Has a crack. If nobody else can help you out. I won't be available till Monday. I was thinking $50 shipped.
  7. Bad battery cable or bad ground connection?
  8. Did you put your bumper back on? Check the vacuum reservoir and lines behind the passenger side front bumper.
  9. I have a 1995 F150 4x4 that is my daily driver and prospecting vehicle. Has a 5.0 w/ automatic. 2 inch lift on 33x10.5x15. 255,000 miles and still going strong.
  10. I know that MJ. That's cool.
  11. Replaced my turn signal switch today. Not a bad job, hardest put was removing the circular clip to remove the lock plate. Sorry I forgot to take pics, just got going and didn't think about it.
  12. You can have my old one, if you want it.
  13. Changed out my dash this weekend. My original was cracked and was faded. I got this other dash from the junk yard probably 4 years ago and has just been sitting in my garage. Finally got off my butt and installed it.
  14. I like the rear view mirror optional location.
  15. Are these what you are looking for?
  16. The previous owner of my F150 did this to fix the hinge. Very strong and no play. I thought it was funny when I noticed it.
  17. Seems like a good deal. The price of having axles regeared is quite a bit. Are they just open diffs or some kind of locker or limited slips.
  18. You can store spare front axle shafts or steering parts in the rear bumper. Just make removable end caps. Did this on my XJ for rock crawling.
  19. Put the new one mount in first before you shim it. My experience with worn out mounts is that they sag quite a bit.

  21. No, power from the thermostat switch sends power to the ECU. On page 37 power starts at the top st the fuse. Then goes into your mode select switch. From there it goes to your low pressure switch. And the goes to three places, one of them is your thermostat switch. Your thermostat switch sends power to the ECU. The ECU them will send a ground to your ac clutch relay to turn it on.
  22. Page 37 shows the circuits. Page91 shows C238, C120, and C100. Page 90 shows C239. Pages 75 thru 84 shows the connectors and a brief description where they are. Hope this helps.
  23. Do you have the electrical manual?
