what did you decide to run in your ba10?
-
Yessir..... I grabbed the idea from you. I'll be keeping the center console as well. I did pay a little over 25, but thats the nature of living here.

97-04. I started the install earlier, and I'll finish tomorow morning. I'll take pics as I go; I think I have a fairly simple install going.

I had to drive the length of LI to get what I wanted, but I knew the owner so I got a good price. I got exactly what I wanted; dark gray 40/20/40 dakota seat. I managed 23.5mpg on the trip. I did much better on the way out on the interstate; on the way back I took the parkway which has a ton more turns and a ton more idiot drivers. Out with the old: Image Not Found In with the new (I'm hoping that white dot is just a rain drop, otherwise I picked up a passanger with the seat, which I don't really mind either). Image Not Found I can't wait to have an armrest, and not sink into my seat after 5 mins.

Got some classic audio stuff for the jeep.

meant to go to the pub with this..... move it if you feel it's necessary, thankyou. -
I stopped by my fathers friends house today to drop off some papers, and he'd just parted out a town car (late 80s?). Anyways, he pulled the whole audio setup but didn't really have a use for it. It was a good as mine. It should be better than the aftermarket H/U and two old mustang speakers that I have now. head unit: Image Not Found cd player: Image Not Found real nice speakers, may use them in my car Image Not Found the whole lot, including a CB radio, motorized antenna, front speakers, and the amp which isnt pictured. Image Not Found I may just use the radio, cd player and cb, with a standard antennae, but time will tell. I think itll be cool to have old school stuff, given the nature of my truck. And it's top notch quality also. Matt

Yard truck turned rockcrawler

nice work. You must need a steep gear for that 2.8 to get up an incline like that. -
You're not kidding.....looks like one of the shifters I've seen in big rigs that are like should height. Must be an easy throw though.
-
holy tall shifter! good idea with the pooch though, she looks happy. My dog always gets sick in the jeep; it's discouraging to even consider taking him places.
-
not my taste at all, but looks like quality work, so that's something.

One of the cleanest MJ's I have ever seen...but for $5K
Car RamRod replied to robfg67's topic in The Pub
wow. that is clean. -
because it will do this for you: say the listed email is ad2093493@craigslist.com when you copy and paste is it will come up at ad2093493@craigslist.com you have to delete the second part (in the <>). That's what it does to me anyways.

Here's a smart man! I can't wait to Ribero get suspended for that $#!& he pulled today. I also think Ott will hear it for punching draper with his glove on. But they're alright, and they won, so its all good.
-
very trick switches you set up there, nice.
-
I filled up a little over a week ago at 3.79 (87). Prices really havent budged since then. Hopefully I'll get another 2 weeks from the tank.
-
sounds nice. Time to americanize the rest of your inventory :USAflag:

here's what I made sitting outside while the truck gets painted. I've since added loops in the rear corners and in the floor of the bed in the rear corners for my rear ladder rack/kayak rack to slide into. Image Not Found
-
I put angle iron along the sides and front of the bed. From there I weld whatever seems suitable as an anchor, usually loops. I'll post pictures when I get home, it's better explained by a pic.

No kiddin. One time a few summers back one of the machines at work got graffiti'd on and low man on the totem pole (me) got stuck in the blistering sunlight scrubbing it off all day with oven cleaner. Wasn't fun at all.
-
its just standard sheet metal. I hit mine with rustoleum primer and it's still spotless through two ny winters. If you want something crazier a por15 treatment wouldn't hurt.

looks like a nice truck to me.

alrighty, just bought the seafoam and poured it in the tank. Let she how she goes.
-
you guys have me sold on the seafoam. I'm only doing the fuel system so I'm not worried about finding new leaks. Now all I have to do is find a can of the stuff.
-
I'd like to try the SeaFoam, but I have no idea where to buy it locally. They say Pepboys carries it so I'll have to check it out. I just want to do my fuel system, I have a reman engine in so everything is nice there. Thanks for the suggestions.
