How cold is cold to you? Anything below 40 id be looking at a different oil, there are other ways of getting zinc in there, while the video is probably a little colder then what you get it's still interesting to see how slow thicker oil moves

Ok, have you checked the wires at the starter relay? You said you replaced the cables, did any of the other cables look suspect.

Can I ask why you're using 15/40 oil What oil are you using in the mi and xj? 15 is a little thick for colder climates

If you run the duct you will need the bottom piece of the heater box. Will see if I have one out to show you. I also enjoyed having the duct running to the rear and will be setting it back up soon.

Long block is the block and the head So the complete engine. I would switch the intakes and exhaust to make it easier.
