  7. Don't ground with multimeter just ground out the wire
  8. Yeah, all cars do it. Early days it was the use of a plate to reduce the air. Now it's computer controlled that sends more gas at first
  9. It burns richer to speed up the warming up process
  10. Yeah, I'm guessing it has a 180 it should have a 195
  11. What thermostat is in it? The computer will keep it rich to get it to operating temperature
  12. Is that water temp at operating temp?

  18. you can but, unplug it and see if the gauge moves with the key on, if not run a jumper wire to ground to it and see if the gauge moves. if it moves to 230 then its the sender, if not its the cluster or wiring
  19. also hows the ground at the left taillight, that is the gound for the fuel pump
  20. is there fuel pressure? you can see if there's fuel at the rail from the schrader valve on the back of the head near the fire wall there is a single connector, verify its plugged in, if so the sender is probably bad, but it could be a bad gauge do you own a dvom yet? if so what is the battery voltage, resting it should be 12.4/5 running it should be closer to 13.6 I would also check the fuse links near the battery @Ωhm can assist with test procedures
