I receive invitations from BMW to test drive whatever 'new' vehicle they're pushing a year after it comes out... 1 series, V8 M3, 6 series convertible, 3 Series hardtop convertible, X6, etc. They're fun, but I could get into a lot of fun and trouble with a newer M3.

Daytona at night is awesome. I did the Rolex 24 hour race last month and the track is well lit. It should be fun. Had a great sunset too, not like today will have one with the rain.

Grab the seats and console if they're not too trashed. The rear bumper doesn't look too bad either.

I love it because its just uncommon enough of a vehicle, and because mine is so ugly from the factory... I mean really- who at AMC thought beige paint with pink, black, and silver vinyl striping was a good idea? Addition of a dark blue canopy isn't helping it much either. One the plus side, its easy to spot in a parking lot.

My rig's not lifted 4" to 6", so if yours is give it a whirl and let us know how it works out. Whats the worst that you have to do if it turns out to be total crap- put it back on eBay or slap it on your local craigslist and make your money back?

4 door sedan? 5 grand? Cupholders? Lots of options. These are going to be about 10 or 15 years old, but... 3 series BMW Subaru Impreza Volvo S60 Grand Prix GTP Jaguar XJ MB C220/230/280 Lexus LS series Nissan Maxima or... get what you like and suits your needs. I have seen exactly 1 of those Eagle hatches in the past 3 years; I see MJs far more frequently. Snag the hatch; you may not have another opportunity.

You picked a fine time to leave me, loose wheel... In all seriousness glad you were okay. I've caught loose lug nuts before after a winter tire changeover which had properly torqued lugs on aluminum wheels. Must be a common thing with these rigs. Never had a problem with my Ford or Buick's lugs loosening on their aluminum wheels, however. Or broken wheel studs for that matter. I've had broken studs on both my MJs.
