  1. I think this is the same one that came up a while back as Don said. Someone was in contact with the seller back then, from what I remember.

  3. OP, if you're looking for a decent ride go with the drop brackets. If it's an off road toy, go with just new arms. I ran a 6" lift with just new arms and it was terrible.
  4. I'd go with drop brackets, and some sort of short arm. I feel like that would be the best bang for the buck.
  5. Never had luck with optima. Some people swear by them, but a lot have had issues. All I use is interstate anymore, but the battery debate is about the same as the oil debate. Everyone will have their own opinion on what's best.
  6. BlueXJ's old truck
  7. Not sure who has it now, but there was a hunter green metallic Eliminator on here years ago. At least at that time it had the latest build date known.
  8. You cab use the brackets from a bench seat, as stated above. Broadens your options.
  9. NOT MINE I know these aren't the easiest to find. Looks in good shape. http://winchester.craigslist.org/cto/5490591469.html
  10. It's been done. I'm sure shelbyluv will chime in http://comancheclub.com/topic/3219-project-black-betty/
  11. You need to have the track bar installed to make the steering work.
  12. Truck looks good. Hopefully you have better luck out of the duratracs then I have. Haven't been real impressed with there tread life on my Sierra.
  13. It's been a long time me since I did any sound system work, but I'd spend the money on an amp and component speakers first. Without an amp, your sub won't get enough power to operate at its full potential. Your components will sound a lot better with a properly wired amp as well. Probably not a bad idea to run new speaker wire from the head unit to the speakers, depending on how rough your current wiring is.
  14. It's available on all models except work trucks. I feel bad for the guys who pre-ordered their Duramax trucks. They were screwed over countless times on their expected delivery and dealers were getting their orders prior to the pre-order customers. No kidding. A few were talking about giving up on their ordered trucks, and grabbing one off the lot. Sounded like a mess.
  15. There are several guys on the duramax forum I'm on who are receiving their canyon/colorados. Haven't heard a lot on them yet, but they seem pricey for what they are. As far as I know, they only offer the 2.8 Dmax in the higher ended crew cab models. Hopefully they offer it through all trim levels. I think they'd have a much larger audience.
  16. Stock perches? If not, a lot of aftermarket ones have multiple center pin holes in them. Drilling the stock ones would net the same result as Pete said.
  17. Got about 3 feet here, and still about 8 more hours until it quits
  18. Same picture from years ago. Guarantee same result like always.
  19. Everything we've got is all HO scale. We do have a large RR following here so that should make it easier. I'd like to sell as much in bulk as possible, as we need to get them sold to settle out the final bits of the estate. I've found a few local places I'm going to get in touch with.
  20. When my grandfather passed away last year he left everything to my 2 brothers and I. One of the larger things we were left was his model trains. We've got everything from trains, vehicles, buildings, track. I've been tasked to getting it all sold. I know people on here have a lot of hobbies, figure it's worth a shot to see if there are any experts on here. Trying to figure out the best way to get all this sold.
  21. Should be a good little rig. Not sure if you're set on lift, but you don't need 4.5" to clear 31's, although does give more clearance/ bigger tires down the road.
  22. Not too often I've seen an early XJ this clean. I know some folks like seeing these. http://winchester.craigslist.org/cto/5377834456.html
  23. Odyssey seems fairly popular as an alternative. I pretty much run all interstate stuff in everything now that we've got a store in town.
