    Looks like fun
  3. I went there a few years ago but we took quads and dirtbikes, it was alot of fun. I would recommend one of these they are about $20 and most places in Moab sells them, unless your with someone that knows the area real well your gonna get alot of use out of it.
  4. That sucks
  5. It should bolt in but it would be a downgrade versus your stock one. the TJ should be a low pinion 30,it also should have a shorter nose section. They also have straight gears and we have reverse cut gears so the gears won't even swap.
  6. When i lifted my XJ 3" i didnt notice any difference in ride versus stock at 3" you only gonna need about 1/4" longer then stock so i don't think your going to notice any improved ride from adj arms. you could probably get close just by adding shims to the stock lowers. I think i would second the wj arms as they will cure any rubbing problems, or you could get some fixed length arms for a 3" lift. IMO adj arms will be a waste of money at 3" unless you plan to go bigger. as for adj arms I have Rough country adj arms on my MJ and they seem to be working well,I got them from Hellcreek with my club discount for a great price.
  7. I didnt notice any difference in power either. I used the power steer parts from a 93 XJ All i needed was the pump, steer box, remote reservoir ,and hoses. I hooked the box to my stock pitman arm and my truck already had the pump bracket i just had to unbolt the idler from it and put the pump in its place. The steer shafts are also different but either will work,my manual one was solid and the power one has a rubber joint in it. only took about an hour and made a huge difference,i can now turn my 33X12.5s with one finger
  8. its fine for your purposes but the yj parts are pretty weak, for about $180 shipped you can buy the same crossover steering kit only MUCH beefier from rugged ridge. http://www.jeeperz-creeperz.com/crossov ... 12948.html
  9. Ive driven both and IMO Ford builds the better truck But then I'm a Ford guy so I'm biased
  10. I bought a brand new Ford f150 back in 05,It was a great truck and never gave me any problems. some friends had about the same year ram 1500 at the same time and IMO the ford was much nicer,my friends even liked my ford better then their ram
  11. years ago my brothers wife talked him into waxing his chest,it was funny to watch. afterwards he broke out real bad and had red bumps all over his chest for a week or two.
  12. I really need to get a current picture but here's mine
  13. no electric razor is gonna be in the same ballpark with a normal razor so if you like a close shave you won't be happy with an electric. a few years ago i went out and paid almost $200 for some fancy razor,i ended up taking it back because when i was done with it i usually ended up reshaving with a normal razor. The only use i can find for an electric is to preshave after i havent shaved in a while,I have a cheap electric that i sometimes use just to knock everything down then i pull out the trusty old school razor.
  14. We just brought in a set of treadwright tires for a customer. only thing i can say good about them is they are dirt cheap, but then i would never run a retread on anything.
  15. awesome
  16. My Xj also came with that, luckily someone had already converted it to standard brakes so i just had to finish deleting it.
  17. the guy i bought my front axle from had the front ones on his MJ,they seemed to fit good and he said they were pretty tuff.
  18. somebody has way too much free time. It is cool though. the LEGO rubber band minigun on there is cool too
  19. How about the XJ chase scene in goonies Its definitely not a big production film and thats what i like about it. they couldnt afford alot of actors so they used regular people, for example the cops are real cops. there are no special effects so pretty much all the crashes were real, some were even accidents that they caught on tape the movie is also far more realistic then the newer one,you might be able to learn to be a car thief by watching it.
  20. i almost watched bullitt tonight too. My favorite would have to be the original gone in 60 seconds
  21. If you have the tools and know how to fix the mounts then you could easily build the same or better bumper for less money.
  22. It says it uses one power steer bolt and adds a bolt on the passenger side in addition to the stock mounts, kinda half a$$ IMO it doesnt reinforce the frame rail around the steerbox like a good bumper bracket does.and it doesnt tie into the plow mounts like a good bumper bracket does. so its ugly but uses a bracket set up that would make it cosmetic use only
