  1. just let me know when you want something done. are you saying you just want to add a hoop to your existing bumper?
  2. I wouldnt run 35s with a D30,once you go to 33s they start breaking unless you pour alot of $$$ on them.

I ran their 5" lift on my MJ with no problems,as far as customer service the only issue i had was slow shipping. The RRO lift was a good starting place to build from as i got a better understanding of jeeps, currently there is very little left of the lift on my truck and eventually the SOA will be the only thing left. but it will be welded in place. I don't think that i would buy another lift from them (or anyone really) but thats because I'm now able to build my own kit and fabricate my own parts, but i would have no problem buying components from them in the future.

  7. Hey..........you were posting about lifting MJ's........So, I just added one of my Lifted MJ's :D Ain't no different talking about which lift kit, or what machine did the lifting........I think...... :dunno: :teehee: "lifted truck" and "lift truck" sounds like the same topic to me :hmm:
  8. Why not just run to a wrecking yard and get some from a cherokee? wouldnt think they would want much for some used bolts.
  9. That's exactly what the ole girl is  It's tight, been re-sealed before I got it, had a couple little things that I had to fix, like the clutch linkage, re-wire the lights and have the starter re-built. Only problem I have, it has a draw on the battery when it's sitting, can't figure that one out :hmm: so just disconnect the negative when it's parked. The one i was just working on has the same problem,At some point someone installed a battery disconnect switch so you don't have to get under the hood. I want to figure out the problem but the customer is happy with the disconnect switch.
  10. looks like an H60C I just had one of those in the shop for a everything reseal, took alot of work but its leak free for now

I might have to put the Truggy kit back on my XX4 and rock a cherokee body. I had a ranger body on it,was getting hung up at the track. I'm gonna have to check one out and see if i can sqeeze one onto my monster truck, the F250 body i have on it is looking pretty bad.
  12. For 3" you need front springs, add a leafs, and shocks. everything else can come later.
  13. mine stays between Washington and Oregon Longest trip Portland,OR to Coos Bay,OR and back (around 500 miles round trip)
  14. My MJ replaced this It was a great truck except it guzzled gas. I bought the MJ so i could have a run around truck i could afford to drive, shortly after this happened. we had a winter storm that brought some trees down. RIP F250 1983-2008
  15. I drive a Chevy duramax everyday for work and ive got a few friends with them, in my opinion even if the chevy is faster the Ford is a MUCH better built truck.
  16. there is a very nice sounding woman locked inside my magellan ;)
  17. thats why i didnt get a tom tom,i had heard of sound quality issues. my brother uses his in a car and likes it but i use mine in a diesel service truck so sound was important to me.

  19. I had an 05 F150 4X4 with the 4.6L,nice truck but it was pretty gutless,my brother had a 93 YJ at the time that would run away from it. actually his 4cyl 05 Tacoma on stock gears and 35s was a pretty good race for it.
  20. I got one of them, although you would have a hard time finding a dump truck that will keep up with it.
  21. :agree: my brother has a 7.3L and my inlaws have the 6.0L,either one will walk all over my 4.0L XJ and both the 7.3L or 6.0L would get spanked by a brand new one
  22. 31s should have fit without trimming,i ran 31s on mine for a while with it stock. at 3" you will also want shocks, there is alot of other things you will eventually want to do but spacers, add a leafs, and shocks will get you started
  23. my brother has a tom tom 330 and seems to really like it. I have a Magellan roadmate and it works great, ive been temporarily moved from the shop and put in a service truck so the GPS has become my best friend over the last few months  .
