  1. Gamblers. Everything Adam has is clean. He pisses me off. :) Thanks guys !! I guess I have high standards lol. For months I looked for a clean set of Gamblers and they were all corroded , then I stumbled on these brand new ones for $320 shipped to my door . I really wanted champ 500 rims but they're hard to find in like new condition .

  4. Same wheels / 31x10.50/15 with 3.5 inches of lift , no hitting of the sway bar links . Like Gogmorgo said , what tires ?
  5. Ok I'll pm you my number and adress incase you need it .
  6. Do you have a link Bo ?Text or call 914-260-8252 Call the dude selling them in New York and see if he'll work out a deal with you. I did , I thought you had another lead , thanks ! He won't come down much at all for as bad shape as they're in . He wants an aftermarket roof rack or a complete set of weather tech floor mats for trade , which is just as much as I'd pay for the running boards . He's hesitant about shipping too but said he'd check into the cost of shipping . I thought about driving there but 7 hrs each way is a far (and costly ) drive . I'm going to try Canada next , from what I've read the running boards are more abundant up there and they have a separate dealer parts locator up there . Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  7. Yep . I really can't justify the $250+ shipping , especially when I got a rust free pair in Colorado for $120 . Someone has to have a decent pair ... Or single
  8. It's to prevent corrosion . Edit: Clean it as Hornbrods says below .
  9. I'm not sure how far away you are from Youngstown but I have 4 used complete leafs in decent shape to choose from . They'll probably need new bushings but definetly usable , let me know .
  10. Anyone near New York ? Lol http://newyork.craigslist.org/wch/pts/5785082775.html?lang=da
  11. Why are you using a Dakota tank ?
  12. Just throwing this out there .... You didn't happen to disconnect the vacuum hoses on the servos / diaphrams on the drivers side of the HVAC box ?
  13. Take some good pictures and post them up . Someone on here will be able to help
  14. I'm guessing that there is a leak in the fuel rail / injectors / or fuel lines . Nothing fuel related is on the passenger side so it has to be spraying to the passenger side .
  15. I don't think he makes them anymore ... http://comancheclub.com/topic/46213-new-tailgate-latch-handle-made-from-304-stainless/page-2
  16. For the engine compartment I needed a reduced quart of enamel paint and put 3 coats on . I never buffed it and it hasn't dulled out at all , it's been over a year since I did it .
  17. I also painted my firewall Colorado red , which is what the truck was born with before it became all sun faded . I purchased the paint from my local auto paint store called API .
  18. I have a LWB factory bed mat that I'd like to trade ( not sell) for a SWB factory bed mat . If I can't locate one I will be cutting this one to fit , so let me know what you have . Thanks in advance
  19. Have you tried lubing the cable ?
  20. If the heater core is original ( and it's still apart ) you might want to replace it anyhow while you're in there .
  21. The load sensing valve is still there and hooked up , it's hidden by the spare tire . I had to flip and reverse the diff bracket, but it stops just fine . I suppose if the truck was loaded heavily that the rod would break so I may have to shorten or make an adjustable rod like you did .
  22. I drove it up and down the street at 35 mph tops and it rode well , but have yet to get it up to freeway speeds . I used two angle finders , one on the spring perch of the old axle and the other parallel with two of the diff cover bolts and transferred that angle to the 8.25 . I didn't fully weld the perches in case I have to change the angle if I get driveline vibrations .
