You should see what they are capable of when you stud them. I put snow tires on my wife’s Hyundai and it makes a huge amount of difference compared to all seasons.

Front axle is low pinion with possible cv axle shafts. If not cv they should have the larger u-joints in them. Engine is one of the better versions of the later HO’s. Not much else after that for spare parts. It may have the NP-242 transfer case if it isn’t full time 4wd.

Dodge M37 that’s been modified in a nice way. Looks like the windshield is shorter than stock and it has custom soft doors and top. Looks like it also has one ton axles.

Faster than I expected.

The hole for the windshield washer tank in the inner fender started showing up on 96’s. I’ve had 4 96’s and they all had the hole stamped out but no tank. Tank was in the usual spot. 95’s would have the aluminum valve cover, late 95’s may have had the fender well stamped for the ww tank I only had one 95 and I didn’t notice it at the time, 2003 or so. I’m guessing a late 1995 donor judging by the ecu and other evidence. 96 would have had the obd2 aluminum ecu. Also has map sensor on the firewall instead of on the TB.

Go with a Luk Gold Repset. That’s what I put in mine 241k ago. That includes doing stunts like these. The bus was hauled from Knoxville TN to Winsted CT up I-81-I-84 to Winsted CT. The MJ was hauled up I-95 from Woodbridge VA.

Council Tools Hudson Bay axe or find an old Collins or Nordlund Hudson Bay axe on ebay or somewhere else. They are a light fast axe with a decent size cutting edge. My brother still has our fathers collins from the 30’s and I picked one up from the 40’s in beautiful shape.

Definitely would want some unibody stiffeners on the frame before you do any real driving. Good idea to brace behind the front and rear seats and the tail gate opening too.

I had a 93 Wrangler with an internal slave. We put 80k on it and the internal slave was never touched. Always worked good.
