  1. careful. you're going to get spoiled.
  2. do you have a seat now? or is it an empty truck?
  3. take that list with a grain of salt. it's most definitely incomplete (a lot of AMC info was lost before it got into the chrysler computers) and some of the codes have been reused (and over-written) by chrysler through the years.
  4. I prefer a 2.5 ton floor jack. it's a bit bigger than the standard 2 ton versions.
  5. the key is planning. I've seen so many projects fizzle out because the owner just jumped in with only the end goal in his mind, not the steps needed to get there. keep dreaming, keep reading, keep planning.
  6. that's a different moab than yours. the 17" version is a different bolt pattern. I can still find entire sets of the 17" moabs with tires for under 300. 150 for a single isn't worth it.
  7. I feel like I know who this is. and I most definitely fear for their safety.
  8. not sure what is going on here...
  9. oh, I was thinking of another guy's uploading issues. your photos are having the same problem as before though, but it's systemic of a problem with our software. the photos should be auto-shrinking and they aren't. still working on that. software isn't my forte.
  10. (8. Dirty too)
  11. nothing changed here, so it's likely the same issue.
  12. nice that's a goooood lookin' setup. for anyone contemplating something like this, the shocks are a must to control the roll of the trailer in turns.
  13. that's why you need a second, more beat up MJ too.
  14. whatever is easiest. 'though a tire store may not be willing to mount the 10.5 on the 10" rim though because it's out of spec from their book of guidelines.
  15. short answer, yes. long answer, I'd just sell it as-is and let the new owner decide what he wants to do with it.
  16. if it was, I would add an extra ground to the dash (straight from the battery) and tie in an extra ground wire to the harness in the dash.
  17. not sure why your post didn't get published right away. lots of glitches happening lately. so I split it off from the build thread so someone might see it.
  18. the Hemi isn't any more of an AMC engine than the 5.2 or LS or Coyote. the concept of "Keeping it in the family" is all in one's head.
  19. auto vs manual is a personal decision. essentially, if you want a manual, you want a manual.
