I would have though they'd have bigger tires on an offroad recover trailer, but it seemed to do pretty good.

If anyone with more brain cells than me can put together some sort of go-to for fuel pump knowledge, that'd be awesome. I know there's a company that referbs them, but I can't recall the name. I know some guys have made due with other pumps and some minor mods. I know that Dakota pumps work if you do a 97+ swap. I know there are even more solutions out there, but I'm not able to combine it all with details and such. I only remember some vague things.

doesn't an MJ tank have a side mounted pump assembly and an XJ has a top mounted pump assembly? Shouldn't you be able to get a pump assembly for a 91 MJ still?

do you have a flat multi wire connector under there? something that looks like it would plug in to the photo in rylee's post?

If money were no object I'd already have one in one of my MJs.

it might be that the intermittent box has gone out. it's a little black box right above your feet under the dash and held up with with velcro. just pull it out, plug the 2 wire connectors together and bypass the box to see if your then have 2 speeds.

could be. there is usually a lot of drag on an old windshield. have you improved the ground for the wiper motor yet? do you have intermittent wipers on the stalk?
