are we just talking about the tailgate pivots? what about just buying a sheet of thin tephlon and cutting a strip to wrap around the pivots?

sorta. your original build sheet was even bigger, but a lot of info was lost back in the day and this is all that's left in the Chrysler computers. but the birthday and selling dealership have so far proven to be accurate.

there are important passive reflectors inside the housing that are not print-able so be sure to take that into account.

he must bleed the system via the factory method. regular bleeding will never get the air out of the emergency line.

find out what got him to this point. was it just a problem bleeding the system?

my plan is to do nothing until the Jeep and the universe both agree that I'll actually be there. Took my pop to his Dr's appt today and aside from the AC issue, the KJ did well. so far so good. not sure I'd risk hauling the trailer all that way though. might be just me and the Libby this year.
