  1. all Jeeps will be sluggish with the trans switch in "comfort" mode. that's the point of it. When they got rid of the stupid thing, the trans was permanently put in "power" mode.
  2. you could try painters tape in the suspect area, then hit it with a hose and see if the leak goes away. :dunno:
  3. it's like autos-vs-manuals or buckets-vs-bench. there's no cut and dry winner and it becomes a matter of personal preference (or MJ availability in your area). HOs have better aftermarket support since they built more of them.
  4. Renix is better. :D
  5. Dana 44 = strong Dana 35 = weak
  6. having some difficulty getting the brochure images to be small enough in file size that I can host them, but large enough to be legible. I'm working on it though.

    a dana 300 is a t-case, and it's a passenger side drop.
  8. repairs suck. upgrades rock. It's not exclusive to Jeeping. :D
  9. baby powder and a hose should point you to the leak. :dunno:
  10. that's not a kit, it's most of a kit. no mention of dealing with the brake lines, track bar, sway bar links, or rear prop valve. :dunno: Let alone the lower control arms.
  11. Image Not Found regardless of how scary it may look, the above procedure has a great track record.
  12. need waaaaaaaay more details. what are you looking for out of the truck?
  13. not touching it with a 10 foot pole. without going into too much detail, the first try at a group buy was a complete and utter failure. lots of money lost. :(
  14. some day I really should add in that info. :( I believe it's 42" center to center for an MJ.
  15. what's wrong with the 86? bad compression?
  16. x2billion
  17. disconnect the swaybar and you'll see a noticeable improvement. :D
  18. I mounted mine in the bed in a battery box. It's not actually hooked into the system yet, but it's within jumper cable reach. :D
  19. been a while since I've had a peugeot. got a picture of where the connection should be?
  20. NOS is safer and better than straight o2.
  21. post a photo or 2. what's the wheel bolt pattern? what's the wms to wms measurement?
  22. Got a cat. :D
  23. Jeep dealership? I used to have the part number for it, but it's long since gone missing. Just ask the guys with a new thread. I'm sure someone can grab ya a number.
