I believe the external AX-15 arrived in mid-94

might have needed a rebalance on the driveshaft, or maybe the yoke had too much play in it. :dunno: hard to say. But I do know that an SYE will fix it, seeing as it replaces all the potential causes with brand new parts and proper geometry. :D expensive, but the proper fix for sure. :thumbsup:

did you keep the old U-joints?

5 or 6 inches is probably too much for 31s. 4" is about as high as I'd go before it starts to look like the tires are too small. and if you're going with 33s, I gotta inquire into which axles you're going with, gear ratio, what type of wheeling you'll want to do, and how much city/highway driving the truck will see. Be prepared. you've opened a big ol' can of worms. :D

31s on Jeep rims has been done with great success. :thumbsup: WJ lower arms will alleviate any control arm rubbing.

A common solution for the snapped fender flare studs is to remove the stud completely and replace with stainless steel bolts. :thumbsup:

I don't seem to have a photo of it :hmm: but I removed that panel long ago and replaced it with a sheet of 3/4" plywood bolted to the cab and then a piece of speakerbox carpet glued over it Now the back wall is useful! I can hang fire extinguisher brackets and such instead of that crap rolling around on the floorl. :D here you can see the carpet and that I covered the plywood and then on up all the way to the window edge.

near the upper left corner you should see "Subscribe topic" and "bookmark topic". If you subscribe, it goes into your subscriptions folder and alerts you when anyone posts in the future. If you bookmark it, it goes into your bookmark folder and doesn't send a message. Both folders are found found by looking on the upper right corner and clicking on "user control panel". Then on the left side you should find "Manage subscriptions" and "Manage bookmarks". :thumbsup:

It's really not that buried. unless he's expecting to literally bring it out from it's parking spot like they did for the bonneville MJ. :dunno: somehow I doubt he'd go to that much trouble for us. :dunno: Tell him to yank the cover off and start snappin'. :D and like always, I'm totally willing to assist him in this endeavor. :brows:

I don't even need to be "drunk" to get a hangover. having 2 coors lites in an evening (I'm generally the DD) will cause me headache grief in the morning. Don't know what they put in it that I react to, but I'm glad I finally figured out the connection. (I don't even care for coors much, but a local bar has coors and labatts on tap for its "dollar beer night"). the list of things I'm allergic to includes the adhesive in Walgreens brand clear bandaids and antifreeze. :dunno:
