You voltmeter is probably old and tired like mine and reads low. Check it out with a known good calibrated VM across the battery at idle and at 2000 RPM or so.

But there are zero Arabs here. :D The sports teams are called the Knights (after Arabian Nights) :nuts: I know. Most always the teams suck, especially the basketball team. None of the players can dunk let alone get off the floor. :eek: The story behind the name: Tuttle Thompson, wishing to obtain a post office for Arab, was asked to submit three possible names. He sent in INK, BIRD, and ARAD. Arad was the name of his young son. In Washington, the official mistook the D for a B and in 1882 the town was officialy named ARAB. Due to the red tape it would have required to have the name changed, it was left Arab. The town of Arab was incorporated in 1892. Those G-specs and their damed dyslexia... lol kiddin But, I so hope to get that question one day on Trivial Pursuit!! LOL. I guess Arab isn't too bad; could have been Bird or Ink Alabama. This is crazy. 80+ degrees yesterday, then last night a couple of tornados came through close by causing some fatalities. Nothing like waking up at 4:00 AM waiting for your roof to blow off. :eek: :eek: But all's well. Tonight it's expected to go down below 30*. :nuts:

All stroker engine builders contribute; the guys who piecemeal and build their own, and the crate engine builders. Hesco has the best rep, and they are the most expensive. They have been doing it the longest, and their support never ends. I chose them because I am closeby, and because of their rep. If you are contemplating a stroker engine, join this forum and ask questions. Check out the Titan engine posts. They are not pretty. :eek:

I did mount a grab handle however on the drivers side for myself though, just mirrored the passenger's handle. A little dremel work, but no problem. They can be mounted 'bout anywhere there's sheet metal for the screws.
