So unless the tranny crossmember is also a direct swap you will need to either put the threaded inserts in or get a crossmember from a truck that has the inserts there already. Eagle, Whats the best way to redo the studs on the plates? I am replacing my red flares with black ones and, of course, they all snapped. I was just gonna grind off the remaining stud piece and then drill a 1/4" hole thru the back for a screw. But it seems that all the backs (stud heads) where they are welded to the plate are not the same (some smaller, some larger, some round, some flat) Don, Lets see those part #s

Those are for the interior diff cover light I wouldnt think the truck would run to well w/out the O2 sensor hooked up. Is your O2 sensor plugged in?

Did you check where your hood release cable passes thru?

To fix the Fusible link you need to jump the burnt wire with a new piece of fusible link (NOT REG WIRE). There is an elec FSM in the DIY section in PDF and it should show how to do it with the instr.

Is it gonna be mounted on some type of rails? to slide back and forth in the bed? I'm just thinking that if you hoist something from the ground it will still be over the ground, not the bed of the truck. Probally easier to roll the whole hoist back then to try and push in the extended boom with a heavy load on it.

If you have a re-painted truck be careful with the over the rail Line-x (maybe others too). Taz had a problem where it started to peel the paint.

It happens to me on IE and firefox Pete. It only happens with PMs tho, not when replying to a post. Still happening too; sometimes I have to wait like 30sec to a minute to see what i have typed.

I'm sure Motion Offroad has shipped these items in the past, which means they should have an idea of what these items weigh. MO: How much does a 6.5" lift kit weigh? How much do the trac bars and brackets weigh? Bush whackers? Antennas? Gear box brace?
