What kind of test fitting do you need?

I’ve got an 86? Maybe 87 air box with AC, minus the core to test and a heat only box from my 88. But I'm guessing you need test fits in the dash too.

Full installation test fits. Everything fits on the heater box but there seems to be a bit of variation on certain seals. A-Man and ghetdjc both have a different height seal for their fresh air intake than myself. Theirs is 3/4" tall and mine is 1.5" tall. Curious to see if there are any other variations out there and if they're specific to certain year models.

Any updates on these? I’ve got the dimensions and vector traced files for these and the MJ rears as well if you want them.

Those would be nice to have for sure! Easier than making them myself lol. Unfortunately when trying to cut the rubber for these our machine just couldn't hack it. It needs a new laser tube and perhaps afterwards it will work. Otherwise I'll need to explore other options, but I have some ideas!

Wow, this is great- I just pulled a replacement dash for my faded and split one. Ill hold off doing the swap until these (hopefully!) start being sold.

Shouldn't be much longer. I'm sending out some for test fittings and then waiting on feedback. Ran out of some foam though - will be a few days for another shipment.

They're work in progress as I've been working with him on my '91 build. And he has Renix-HO years covered (firewall pass-through slightly different and with/ without AC). Quality stuff is coming, I guarantee it. As far as I know the final piece that we're almost done with fitment on is the heater core (box) seal. Can't say enough good things about the time put into these. Will be worth the wait.
