I don't have anything for LWB yet. Maybe when I get back from picking up my long bed in Cali I can get some stuff figured out

What’s up bud
have you considered making swb/lwb gas tank skids?
I’d definitely would be interested in a swb one

Never though about it. Does anybody else make them? Don't think I've ever seen one except for the plastic rust starters.

No company makes them but they did come on comanches

both swb and lwb models

everyone who has them that sells them doesn’t want to ship them

or bother with the oddly shape they are due to the mounting locations

I’ll try to get some pics of the swb and lwb ones

So it's basically the same mud catcher as the factory plastic onne except it's steel and mounts to the frame? Lol.

Doesn't seem like it'd be too hard. Shipping would suck and I don't see them costing less than $100 to build...

Shipping was the clincher for me as well. Never pursued it after bringing it to a FedEx and getting totally blind sided.

That's cuz FedEx sucks lol. Id make that one longest arm bolt on so it would be more compact for shipping. But I always cheat on shippiing dimensions thru ups soo....

When/if you do get around to it

quote me to 33142 miami,fl

these things are getting harder and harder to come by and I’m sure they’ll help with protection....

i went trail riding through some tight trails around my area and a branch that was laying low hit my gas tank and put a nice mini dent into it...

You know I was thinking the same thing the 2 main parts that’s hard to pretty much ship should be bolt on

plus it’ll be easier for removal if there was a nursert there to

I guess shipping wouldn't suck too bad..
At 36x18x6 and 25lbs, it comes to $25 shipped to miami...

But I'm MONTHS away from building anything else.
