Grabbed a rug out of a 88 at picknpull.

Kind of a shame to see a Comanche heading for the grinder that's in pretty good shape.

Checked my wheel alignment,

We're good.

Installed the factory tow hooks & brackets that I scored at LKQ self serve last weekend. Driver's side bumper bracket was bent so I had to grind it off the tow hook bracket assy (don't know why they welded them) and use my existing bracket.

When I painted the doors for my truck, I used a different catalyst than the rest of the parts. End result, the doors didnt match. Fast forward to now, just going to bed at 4:30 after re-spraying the doors in the garage. Really hoping its not a mess down there in the morning, couldnt really tell when I was done......think the fumes got to me :chillin:

Went to the junkyard today and found yet another 87 Street Comanche. It had been picked over pretty well. But I got the passenger seat for $12. The seat looks like nobody had ever sat in it. I also nabbed the AC delete pulley and bracket, if anyone needs it.

VIN? Did it still have the body kit? How much if you sent me the glovebox door with the tag on it?

Didn't get the VIN. Every piece of the body kit was trashed. The glovebox didn't have the tag. But I could see the outline of where it was before someone snagged it.

No. When I went back to pull the parts for Don, the Jeep was gone.

Mounted studded tires 1 day before state law premitted. The wheels look like hell, but its function over form that I'm looking for in a snow wheel.

I'd probably still get the body kit pieces.

When I say "trashed", I mean cracked and broken into a million pieces. It was hardly recognizable as a Street Comanche.

Exhaust was sounding a lil differnt last couple days so checked it out today. Seems the exhaust & inake manifold bolts/nuts had loosened up some. Those on the front half were looser than the back half. Toightened & retorqued the top half tonight will get the bottom done tomorrow. Seems I have to do this about every 12 - 15 months.

can someone seriously come here and help me remove it?

Just curious, did you pull the axle shafts out and remove the carrier caps holding the bearings in.
