johnnyc
Hopefully fixed my cooling system. A few weeks ago, I overheated twice going up to Big Bear. Funny thing is that once I got home, it never ran hot, even sitting in traffic. But I had a CSF radiator and Hesco water pump sitting in the garage, so I decided to throw them on the Jeep. Also put on a Hesco thermostat housing, Stant thermostat, ZJ fan clutch, and a new lower hose. And I went to the junkyard to get a lower hose spring. All went well except for that stupid disconnect for the tranny cooler. It started leaking pretty badly, so I just took the disconnect off, cut the hose, and double clamped it to the outlet on the radiator. No more leaks. The needle sits just below the 210 mark. I guess the real test will be uphill highway driving and slow rock crawling. But I'm pretty sure everything is okay now. By replacing so many parts at once, I don't know which one was the culprit. I'm betting on the fan clutch and a collapsed lower hose.
deziped
Took it for a 400 mile jaunt on I-5. MPG averaged out about 20-22 keeping it in the 60-65 mph range and 500# in the rear. I think I'll check it again soon just to confirm that.

You took their new part and returned your used part. That is stealing. You're just making up excuses. Meaning of word "return": (transitive) To give something back to its original holder or owner. What you did was "exchange" and it was not an equal exchange either.
