  2. this is the old and new one i bought today. quite a difference in the hole. if i had known about this difference i would of changed it years ago. aside from the fact the old one was kapuit. the new housing was $14.00. 1988 4.0
  3. x2. i have used mine a lot, and i'm super careful.
  4. X2. Then use pipe wrench and Jack up with floor Jack on handle
  5. use a big pipe wrench and a floor jack. jack up in small increments until hole lines up. install first bolt. repeat until finished. :brows:

    i feel your pain, over and over.
  14. the plastic nipples on bmw's are known to harden and break off, requiring buying new one. alum the best!

  16. brackets are regular mjbucket seat brackets. i just removed the u shaped bar. i then welded a bar across the seat so it would fit on the mj holes. or did something to make it work. dave

  20. i found on my drag link the axle side wobbled. and was explained to me, whoever drilled the bar out didn't have the right size drill bit to leave the max amount of thread height or size, and they used a bigger size drill bit. called being lazy.
  21. #3 there is a bushing kit from thr dealer for the pedal assembly. doesn't cost much.
