Roll down the window and pull up on the wipe starting at one end. It's held on by three clips that attach to the door. x2. its easy. if they have been there a while, they can be stubborn.

in the second photo the car to the right is a kaiser/frasier or a chrysler desoto. my two cents. and it is a rusty metropolitan. on a side note when i was in ventura, california, a chp officer put a hemi in one. all it did was jump down the road. it looked scary to drive.

if it was slammed with green lites under it, it would be way cool. also a comanche windshield sticker. color matched to the lights. and angel eyes. now we're talkin!

D.W. and you must slow down immediately. shaking at speed could be all of the above or one of them.

x2 you need to check every part for looseness , including the control arm bolt holes for roundness and last but not least, the dynamic balance of your front wheels. these two things solved dw on my rig after i looked at every thing else. even the bolts were the wrong size for the control arms.

have them replace the screen. mine looked clean, but when i replaced it a problem i was searching for went away. cheap insurance.

i assumed mine was 21/2 in from the manifold. its 2 1/4 in from the manifold to the start of the cat. at the cat exit its 2 1/2 in to the tailpipe. the magnaflow i have ordered is 2 1/4 in inlet and 2 1/4 in outlet. i have a 2 1/4 in muffler so i'll buy a couple of bends and fab a side outlet. this should take care of it.
