These are Hellcreek 4.5" standard leaf packs. In the bed is a 4.0L, a stupid heavy engine hoist and some other crap. All total I would guess 900 pounds or so. As you can see there is barely any squat at all. The metric ton packs would be even better for your application.
If you want to go ask him to talk to the RS OIC. Tell him you are tired of being jerked around and are ready now. If they don't give you firm date call a different recruting office and screw him over. You are a lock for him and he knows he can push you off for when he really needs the numbers for that month. He is screwing you around. If they are serious about you going his OIC will get something done.
I have a 2 door harness that I pulled out of a JY. It is exactly the same as a 4 door harness. The rear door wiring is just left un plugged. I used a 4 door harness on my 97 swap. My harness is not for sale though. It is being saved for a later project. I just wanted to pass the info on to you.
I never told him to save $20 by buying cheap spacers. I suggested using proven and quality products. Like those from Spidertrax. Which were $160 shipped vice his cheap knock offs at $140 shipped.
So you wasted not only everyones time but, your money buying cheap knock off spacers? A fool and his money are soon parted.
All I can say is wow. I will no longer waste my time with you. Good luck!
The newer transporters will fit a 33/12.50r15 on 15x8 wheels with 3.75-4" of BS. The older ones would not fit that setup past the fenders The straps will not fit over the tires. You will either have to bring your own or use the tire straps over the axle.
You think GL-3? What did you put in the transmission? The brass parts can be eaten up real quick if you put the wrong fluid in it. Being it was a JY trans who knows what the PO put in it or how often it was changed. I put my money on the trans making noise.
Last I heard they were pricing it at about $1900 and it is currently under a redesign and won't be available for some time.
Rumor has it they are raising the valve cover sealing surface to clear roller rockers with stock valve covers and doing some floor cleaning.
Blazer lights are not factory. You could buy them at Pep Boys, AutoZone, CARQUEST or most other auto parts houses in the late 90s. I have even seen them with weather pack connections in the complete kits.
I bet you're right. I've had it happen to me a few years ago and I also had a cat cut out from under my XJ in a Walmart parking lot. Thieves are the lowest life form on this planet.
Edit: they ones you linked are hub and "wheel centric" but are of questionable quality. No refunds? Really? Lifetime warranty with Spidertrax spacers. Seems like a no brainer to me!
Because I can see them in the picture. There are also pics posted and an explanation why they are NOT hub centric. There are also two other members after me saying they are NOT hub centric. What else do you need to tell you they are NOT hub centric?
They are NOT hub centric.
I told you that you can get them from Spidertraxs' outlet for $160 shipped also.
I am done offering you any advice. You refuse to listen or follow sound advice. You will continue to waste not only your time but your money buying inferior parts.
Good luck!
Actually Don, it does say they are hub centric. In the description in the link Muddfoot posted, but you and I both know from looking at them, they aren't.
I just got home to check the ebay link. Those spacers are only hub centric on the axle side. Your wheel is still only supported by the studs.
I stand by my first comment. Buy quality parts. Buy the Spidertrax wheel spacers. They have a outlet store that will cost $160 for all four. I wouldn't risk my life over $61.
