    What power steering pump/reservoir set your using? Spoke to him already, luckily he has his old alternator and he’s going to swap pulleys

    in this thread shows the same set up as swampy's that has the alternator pulley with the extra thick rib to extend out the pulley

    There were 2 alternator versions of the 2.5 buddy of mine had a no a/c and the pulley was shorter and couldn’t get it to line up like swampy situation now (he had an a/c equipped alternator) the non a/c version had almost a thicker rib as extender to bring the pulley out to line up with all the accessories someone here had that same issue a LONG time ago and I found it to help my buddy... let me see if I can find the thread

    Could you imagine an axle? Without sliding off the wheelbarrow and on dirt GREAT full body workout for sure! I usually have 2 harbor freight tool bags to carry into a wheelbarrow at the lkq/upull it yards then I wheelbarrow them walking the yard...I'm usually grabbing the one that’s not filled with oil residue to not stain my bags/jeep

    Ah no sweat... did an upgrade that I’ve been putting off for a while my battery box had broken and had gotten 2 for my my and Xj pics (nothing special)

    I currently have one on my Comanche i was looking more into the logans4x4 bumper this one http://www.logansmetal4x4.com/jechxjnonwib.html or the old style jcr bumper which they have as a diy style but I’m a long ways before I can start messing with the welder I was given

    Thanks bud wasn’t too bad on price neither I like that it sits almost flush with the bed and can pack ALOT of stuff inside I think a bit more than the original one I had...

    Also, I have a couple upgrades that need to be done dirtbound Offroad battery tray 4.0 radiator/97+ 2.5 fan shroud swap 4.0 power steering pump and reservoir swap i bought later model 2.5 exhaust headers thrush turbo muffler And a exhaust flex pipe And replace the freeze plugs off the engine block, might as well do them now that the exhaust manifold is coming off i have the boostwerks hidden winch comp mount I really want to install it on This Jeep but need a full size plain bumper to install it with but I have a soft core hidden winch bumper ready to install until I’m ready to swap over to that comp mount Also to add mean lemons battery cables and transmission mount Also the 4-link to the cavfab longarm

    So I did a thing I took out my old toolbox and put in an inbed toolbox I’m getting a Comanche specific topper in the coming weeks and I needed to do this mod to have it fit without taking my whole toolbox out...

    If I’m not mistaken I think you can rotate the side of the winch just gotta buy a new gasket I’m sure there’s a lot of YouTube vids on that....

    Factory 4speeds with the 2.5 came with 3.55 gears 5speeds came with 4.10s anything over 31s 5th gear is non existent with 4.10s it’s literally a slug In 5th without gears.... i have 4.88s with 35s with a 2.5 and I still feel like 5th is non existent
