$1000 without tires/wheels whichever, $1300 with. If you do get it, i wouldnt even bother with doing body work. As said before it gets extremely expensive extremely fast. Make sure the driveability is sound and drive that sucker. Also, ask if the a/c and heat work.

Put a small pebble in each of the valve stem caps, when they screw the caps on the pebble will depress the vavle, letting the air out. Sit back and laugh. Also, while it does seem self incriminating on their part to suddenly take interest in what you were doing with your truck when you went to mess with it. How sure are you they had anything to do with it?

For the windsheild, absolutely. Unless you are a pro with pro experience and pro tools i wouldnt even think about it. As for the rear all it takes is a little patience and thoroghness to ensure a leak proof job that will last.
