Mom Has a 2003 Liberty 4x4 Sport and LOVES it. It has enough room on the inside to fit 2 Dishwashers with some room to spare. Its pretty peppy, and can turn on a dime. We have had no problems with it. It was 8 years old when we got it and it had 60,000 miles or so on it. Dad Had a 2005 Liberty 4x4 Limited, he likes it. But the tranny is acting up. Not wanting to shift and has a grinding sound while in overdrive.

I have the bare minimum on my Blue MJ, and Full Coverage on my WK my total is $163 ish with Geico. When I had just the MJ it was $64 per month. I just turned 21 so i am sure in the next few years it should go down, i hope.

1st: If the Master Cyl. pumps fluid but does not build pressure does it need to be replaced or would there be another cause? 2nd: When I bleed the Clutch the fluid comes out the front of the valve and around the threads, not out the end like my last one did. do some bleeder valves work this way or does it need to be replaced? 3rd: Where is a place to buy a good replacement Clutch line? better to be safe than sorry right? There no leaks I can find and i don't lose clutch fluid over time, just can't build pressure to work the clutch.

Tranny mount FUBAR
Blue88Comanche replied to ParadiseMJ's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I would replace it with a new one, while you are at the parts store you will need to find the proper sized nuts to fit the bolts/studs as the new mount won't come with any.... I will see if i still have my BA/10 mount somewhere, and post some pictures for reference -

So i got a phone call from the person doing my taxes for me. what i thought she said was i owed $2945 federal and $6035 state... WTF? :grrrr: she called back apparently i miss heard what she said... state was $635  on a scale of 1 to 10, my stress level within the past 10 min had gone from 3 to 70, and back down to 5. I work in a bricked metal building, i should know by now never to take important calls inside, might mis interpret $635 for $6035.... now i have a killer stress induced headache... at least i will be able to pay my taxes after all.

Well looks like I can't make up my mind what i want to do with this MJ.... Pulled the engine, transmission, and transfer case from the donor XJ today. We did it the hard way for sure and it took 10 hours, but we did not break anything. :D our method was use a chain hoist to lift the drive terrain and move the cherokee back inch by inch till it was clear. at this point I have no idea how on earth i am going to get that engine into the Red Comanche. bot i think an engine balancer will be required this time. -

1: I am addicted to Jeeps 2: If I am not at work I am working on a Jeep, or at least attempting. 3: I personally own 5 Jeeps... 1 runs well and 3 Technically run, and the last is without an engine. 4: I buy more stuff for my Blue MJ than myself and I still can't make it happy. 5: I am single, that might be in part of 1-4

I have a 05 WK Grand Cherokee with the 4.7 V8, I love it  I really would have wanted the 5.7 V8 or the 3 liter Turbo diesel, only because I use my WK to tow stuff when needed. I personally have not had any problems with my Grand Cherokee. I do however have something against the last owners and their need to replace stuff with cheap aftermarket crap, and cut random speaker wires... My Room Mate has a 01 WJ Grand Cherokee Limited with the 4.0 I-6. he bought it a few months ago, and the last owner apparently did not keep it up well. we found this out a few weeks after he bought it. it still drives great, and is still dependable.

why is my comanche so slow
Blue88Comanche replied to Guanaco.13's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
haha! ive had my buddies grand over 120 to where the speedo was almost touching the orange line where odometer is. funny as hell. it was shaking so violently and he was freaking out telling me, "don't you think we should slow down?".. and it was HIS zj! :rotf: my Boss's Hummer H2 well we where not really going that fast.. his cluster is broke... my 4.7L 05 WK speedometer tops out at 140 MPH i think. however the GPS, and radar gun.., top out much higher.
