Corey, I can't remember, but did you check the fuel pump ballist resistor on the inner side drivers side fender. And by roll start do ya mean "pop the clutch" because wouldn't that just mean your starter is shot?
-
Under the manifold The three wire sensor is O2. I believe the two wire sensor is your Coolant temp sensor. Let me know if ya need pics.
-
Jeff the top picture looks like the two TPS connectors and the IAC motor/sensor IAC is on the left by fuel injector thingys. Two on the right are for the TPS.
-
For the DW I read you balanced em, But are the rims bent at all? That was also a reason for my DW.

Good question SW2, I have the instructions from Alldata if you need them. It says it takes a moderate experienced mechanic 4.6 hours, because you need to remove the power steering stuff, fuel rail, intake manifold heat shield, vaccum hoses, air box, and intake manifold. Although I think jeepco just lifted the engine and welded the cracks on his. I'd also like to know where's a good option to buy because the dealer is just too expensive for the exhaust manifold.

Oops  Damn it Wahoo, I told you not to joke with the new guys. Ya see what happened.

Yeah please, I don't wanna ruin my virgin eyes and mindset :rotf: Wait, I'll be right back. I just saw an avatar on here of a girl's rear end. Ok, I'm back. Man was that CORNY! Not you Wahoo, the guy with the avatar of the girl's but. Unless of course, it was his girlfriend's rear end, then we would all be interested. We'd be interested in knowing where she lives, not the avatar :jump:

Yeah, but corny in a good wholesome christian kinda way :D

Hey, I found JT's poll on mayo to be extremely informative considering the fact that I sell 37 different kinds of subs and sandwiches at my shop and never even heard of Duke's. I didn't think it was a waste of time at all. I'm actually running the same poll now, calculating, tabulating, and gaining an extreme amount of weight trying differnt kinds of mayo. Just mayo, four ounces at a time on a really big spoon. Just look at me now

Yeah, So one day at band camp, I flamed this guy from WI on here and no lie, twelve hours later they sent this little guy to my house and he was wearing this hat and he bit my leg and wouldn't let go until I apoligized and wrote "I'm sorry!" 300 times on the blackboard backwords  It was rough. J/k Welcome and three tips. 1) Never pay more than $1.50 for a Comanche unless you live outside of WI 2) I forgot number two 3) Seriously don't mess with the guys from WI They are the Comanche gods  Oh no, here comes wahoosteeler with the corny WI jokes :D PS Your Cherokee looks great! PSS Sorry, It's a slow day at work

Hey kids, after getting a $500 quote to weld my door hinge on my truck I've decided to just go buy a stinkin welder and learn to do it myself. Anybody have any suggestions or opinions on what brand/type/power rating :dunno: to buy. I'll probably use it on other projects for my pizza shop and truck so we are going for quality and reliability here. Not cheapest piece of crap on the market that won't last more than a year. Never done this before so any and all help is and would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Oh for the love of god hornbrod, couldn't you have posted that up earlier. I ripped apart 3 Tachs cutting a straight freakin line. Where did you get that?
-
I don't know what you mean by seat. They both fit in the holes, they just don't stop oil from coming out of where rubber meets metal. Hence the RTV.
-
How about the oil return passage in the head? (Maybe blocked) By the way Ron, let us know if the 99 VC helps at all. Good luck

I THINK 5"
-
Listen, start at the beginning. Where did your grandfather get it?
-
I remember Eagle saying you should only go about 3 to 3.5 inches more.10.5 I think your good. 11.5 I think you rub the LCA on tight turns.
-
Right. Pete I think you should basically put this post in the DYI forum and some how edit the title a bit. I'm sure every new owner including me has had this problem and the same topic will continue to come up as long as long as new members keep joining the club. The only thing I have to add is that I bought all those parts from NAPPA for about $50. I'll post up the part #'s tomorrow. However I'd like to note that the grommet for the valve cover do not seal properly with the NAPPA parts and used superglue  that lasted a short time and will use a high temp RTV when I clean out the valve cover. MAybe the MOPAR parts are better quality :dunno:
