X2 i had money burning a hole in my pocket and was getting ready to buy either the hesco pump or flow kooler. Then i stumbled across the same thing, no sense in pumping if faster thru the block/rad and not giving it time to cool off. instead i got the hesco tstat housing and a bigger better radiator

are you 4.0, manual or auto. 33" and 4.10 sucks, no power on the highway and always down shifting for very small inclines. ive alwyas thought for a 4.0/aw4 4.10 for 31", 4.56-4.88 for 33" and 4.88 for 35". i went from 4.10 on 35" to 33". i now have 4.88 on 33", great in the city, less strain to get going but 70 mph its about wound out. 4.56 would be a little more hyw friendly. checkout grimmjeeper.com for some conversions that will show you what rpm at what mph with XX tire size. it was within 100 rpm of my setup and that can be contributed to tranny slip.

i put in IPF housings with silver strat bulbs. i love the cutoff of the housings, but i plan on upgrading the harness and bulbs down the road. browse around for some pictures and see what pattern you like the best. after i took these pictures i aimed them a bit better and was more pleased with the coverage stock IPF low IPF high

i bought direct from classic to current earlier this year. I'm pretty sure they just use cherokee pans and claim they are mj. the ease of installment all depends on the current state of your floor pan. the C2C pans don't follow the unibody rail from the seat back, so you will have to modify it to get the dropped down section under the seat. also, the do not have a relief in the pan to allow the seatbelt to be bolted back in. i was luck enough to be able to salvage enough metal to avoid that problem. the one saving grace that the C2C pans have is the metal is increadibly soft and forms easy with a hammer and a dolly.

i wasnt having any issues with mine, but i put in a CSF 2 row (all metal) radiator and it takes considerably longer to warm up now and the fans kick on less, life time warranty to. have you checked your fan clutch or are you all electric? -
did anybody else get free shackles? i bugged them for some kind of better deal because ive bought their front bumper last turkey day, and I'm just a cheap @$$ . just seeing if i was actually special :D
