It's dust stuck to the OxGard. The joy of gravel roads! Under that is clean metal and clean contacts covered in OxGard. I used about half a large tube of OxGard when I refreshed and added grounds.

Top one is on my 88. They were 87-92 Bottom is 86 only.

The only ground I know of on the drivers side is behind the surye box. This picture sucks but I'm pointing to the grounding point. Close up picture. Just have to ask, does it have the correct build in it? Just the drivers side doesn't blink?

This was sad to read. Saw here on quite a few shows. The only thing I can say is she died doing what she loved.

Correct you just strip the wire and solder on the new jumper. This is mine. You can test the pump by running a wire back to the connector. Put 12V + to the orange wire eat the connector and the pump should run. Extra ground picture also.

Believe me it's worth the time. There are quite a few things I wish I had pictures of. It is always nice to be able to look back and see progress.

The top one is the ground for the rear lamps and fuel pump. No idea on the bottom one. What does it connect to at the light socket?

Tip 29 is the fuel pump ground improvement.

http://cruiser54.com/ Do steps 1-6 and save yourself allot of time and effort. Step 7 how to check the CPS. If you know how to solder just delete the C101 connector. It is faster than cleaning it if you truly get it clean.

You may want to check fuel pressure. My regulator was junk and I had similar problems.

Check the ground tab in the socket. They like to rust off. If it's gone you need a new socket. Parts store should have one but it won't be listed for your truck. Mine said for an older Ford F150.

These fit good. I tried a few before I found these and they fit the best. They look good also IMHO. Before After. They for good and I love how they look. I replaced my turn signals after the corner lights. They were cracking. They make it look even a little better! I would always stay with the pre 97 I just like how it looks better.

I want it also. I'm guessing we would all take one if they had extras.

The MAP sensor hose just pushes into a rubber fitting on the back of the Throttle body. I would check there first. The screw driver is pointing to the line. Mine will look a little different I taped the throttle body and installed a nipple. It's one of cruisers tips. The bottom hole on the throttle body is the one that gets vacuum. The top hole is just there to hold in the factory rubber grommet.
