So my cousin bought a DJ-5 and it's awesome beacuse he's a mail man. He going to daily it to work. It has sat for a long time. New HEI distributor and a Weber card and it's runs like a fine old sewing machine. Could you imagine driving by your local post office and seeing this in the parking lot? With that said I took him out his wheels that I had tires put on at work. Helped him out them back on and listened to it purr for a while. Realized how late it was and headed home. On my way home I realized I had no headlights. Lucky it was a short drive by the time it was really dark. So I started checking wiring and fuses to find this. Apparently the headlight relay harness I bought wasn't weather tight. It just corroded apart. Weather tight fuse holder installed. Headlights fixed. Used crimp and seal connectors and shrink tubing. I also realized the Littlefuse brand fuse holders are built to put wire loom into them. It locks into the there little groves on each side. Gotta live fixing something you've already done once. I can't believe I didn't notice the crappy fuse holder when I installed the harness! Yeahy headlights again.

Start pulling fuses to you get zero. Then you know what circuit is the culprit. I have seen multiple times it's the glove box light. Screw falls out of the latch or the latch didn't close good enough.

Hazard flasher? It is separate from the turn signals.

The Moog problem solver ball joints are knurled. I have put the sets in and they were all knurled.
