  1. Junkyards ought to be full of them...? One from an XJ should work, yes?
  2. None that I am aware...
  3. Looks like a nice place! Freshly built?
  4. The solid sections of the factory supply and return fuel lines are stainless, I'm surprised they rotted away. Have you looked in area junkyards? I doubt you find a place that sells pre-bent new ones, they aren't a common item to be rusted away... I can see the vent line rusting away as it is steel, I would think that could be replaced with brake line though...
  5. Yes, I have ONE. Sending you a PM.
  6. I can probably help out here, I will let you know tonight. Can you verify your year and engine? All of the ones I have will be for an '87-'90 4.0L. Thanks,
  7. Congrats, well deserved!
  8. I've got one, in good shape, but I don't even know where to start for what it will cost to ship something this long internationally... PM me and we can discuss
  9. PM me if you still need this. Thanks!
  10. Do you still need a harness? I have an '88 XJ laredo engine bay and dash harness, all connectors intact except the stock radio plug was cut. PM me if you are interested, currently for sale on eBay, but I will make you a deal...
  11. Thou shalt see another Comanche from a mile away.
  12. Watch the floors, right between the frame section and the rocker panels is a great spot to see rot show up and people forget to look here. If you see rust on the floor, poke at it from the bottom to see how bad it is. If its soft or spongy, get ready to weld a new floor in... Get a 4.0 if you want a 6 cylinder. Save the time & effort of the engine swap... 4wd swap into a 2wd truck shouldn't be avoided, its actually pretty fun! Yes, time and money are really the things that get in the way. That and an ever changing project direction. Its much harder to hit a moving target than a stationary one. Set a realistic end goal and build it with that in mind. Don't start with a daily driver goal and morph it into a trailer Queen rock crawler over time!!! Lots of time and money wasted in the process...
  13. Great looking truck! Did you buy it like this or have you done some work to it?
  14. Yeah... it's pretty easy to be a creep online. I took it upon myself to spice up your credit score also by opening a few credit card accounts and then used them to put a down payment on a lake shore cabin. Think of it as an investment property. Love it! :rotf: Getting back out in the garage anytime soon Rob?
  15. So I pulled up the old parts catalog and found this: We are talking about the #31 bracket in this snip, it looks like you are wanting to get 5300 5457 from what I can tell. This is one of the two brackets that I have... Will you need other parts? I also have #15 5300 5448 and #17 5300 5445... I've also figured out that AX-15e means External Slave...
  16. Your '86 didn't come with a 4.0 and AX-15 from the factory. What application are you looking at getting this bracket for, the '86 you have listed? What is an AX-15e?
  17. I've put two of the Spectra Premium heater cores in over the years in different Jeeps. Never had an issue with either one of them. The OEM heater core has a foam around it that is usually melted pretty bad, I think the new Spectra ones come with another piece of foam. Or maybe I used some of the stuff used to seal off a window AC unit for your house. Either way it was the same lighter density foam, not as dense as the old OEM stuff. It also worked fine in both Jeeps. I have always removed AC systems. Too much hassle for me, I just drive with the windows down. No advise for new parts for you there...
  18. Can you confirm what part number it is you are looking for? Its hard to read the p/n in the pic you posted...I have two brackets here #8953005457 and #8953005071. Thanks,
  19. Good to see you still at it Wade!
  20. Very Nice! Thanks for sharing the pic!
  21. I'm curious if these were even offered? Do you have proof that they were, I've never seen one!

    I'm Back.

The plan is for mine to NOT get too comfortable with where it is currently parked at!
  23. Bellhousing only with the starter bolted on and the CPS bolted in place. No need for the trans.
  24. If you still need this, PM me, I have one.
