  1. Tail gate handles
  2. My decal from ebay came in today. Looks like its a peal and stick to the inside of the rear window. I think this decal should be a mandatory must have for our trucks. None of the other trucks from the MJ's time can say they have this.
  3. Did you ever find it odd that only one side has this nut? I thought my set was just messed up but now that's how it is. Rylee if you need one I think there might be one or two left as NOS.
  4. You will have to remove both the bumper and air dam. If I were to do it all over again I would use a drill saw for the tow hook holes. Remove your bumper and see where the bumper guard is welded and see if it interferes with the brackets. Test fit the tow hook/bumper bracket and see if it will interfere.
  5. Nice! Install is pretty straight forward, and all the holes are present too so there will be no drilling. Vinegar for a couple days on the rust.
  6. Oh good you got all the pieces. Did you get all the hardware too?
  7. My NOS rear flaps with running board mounted fronts.
  8. I like how Renix is just its own thing. Kinda odd they don't make kits for CJ's and SJ's.
  9. Lol. If you have everything at hand and can make it cheaper than the pros I am going through for the windshield decal then please by all means do so. I planned on waiting anyways after I saw this post, I'm still waiting on the sticker to show up actually. But I look forward to the final product! Let me know if it falls through again and I can get in contact with the company I am using. Actually that being said how professional is your equipment? Send me a PM when you see this.

  11. Before JK coils removed: After swapping back in the old coils I see a bit of a height difference vs the new coils but it was enough to bug me plus I didn’t like how it was one less coil than factory. I think my coils are just showing their age now but maybe I’ll just go snag some NOS ones from a dealer. But I’m not too worried. They will do their job and not bottom out quicker. As she sits now: ...Or I could be very well losing my mind. Oh well, onto acquiring a ZJ steering box next.
  12. I just snagged one off ebay to be reproduced for all of us. But hey if you can do it quicker than the guys I'm going through then more power to ya!
  13. Yes its in the owners(techs) box. The apprentice was only opening the techs drawer to show me which fob battery was used. The apprentice knows nothing about what that tester does or where it goes. I will know more about its story on Tuesday.
  14. Of the rims? They look exactly like the rear rims when I cleaned them. But I’ll be sure to get pics of the suspension before I tear it all apart.
  15. Nope. Even cleaned the back side of the rims since I had them off. So two things were successfully done today.
  16. Right where I circled in red is the test port for fuel pressure. It is plugged by an allen head plug. I have yet to find a pressure tester to fit that port but I also haven't really looked lol. How does the O2 look? Perhaps the PO jumped the pump wiring just so he could get it to run. TPS is a good one to check to. Actually checking all the sensors is a good thing to do too.
  17. Right?! On the bright side I won't have to fight with replacing LCA's this time. Should be a quicker job than todays 5 hour ordeal.
  18. They definitely are stiffer but they are short a coil compared to stock. I imagine they ride great but you will bottom out quicker and its quicker than I am comfortable with. Kinda odd as I'm sure the JK weighs way more than our trucks. Rears might work though but I don't have the rears.
  19. Welp, if anyone is curious and stumbles upon a take off set of shocks and coils for a JK, use the shocks and sell the coil unless you want an inch knocked off on your ride height. Other than that they fit fine. Old coils are going back on.
  20. Pete is right. Me and two other members went last night and boy did our MJ's get attention. None of us won any awards but its people looking and seeing that AMC/Jeep made trucks before Chrysler is what really gets them.
  21. Have you tried looking at the GM weatherpack repair kits? That’s what the 2.5L and 4.0L use for most of the plugs on the engine harness.
  22. Me personally, I thought the Thomas bus was too dark and the Medium slate didn't quite line up
