  1. Looks really good despite all the damage it has. And no problem. Better to score NOS caps for the same price as used ones. Your current rims look like ZJ rims.
  2. Let me know. Pirate and I will be out there on the 13th.
  3. If you can't find parts there is an 89 XJ at the AMC salvage I frequent that has the AC lines and brackets. I took the controls and dash wiring though.
  4. I recommend trying to stick with your era for your truck as it should make installation less of a headache down the road.
  5. I know mine is pretty much unmolested(minus the radio). I wonder if the 88 model years fixed that issue. I'm sure enough techs complained about that being a problem.
  6. What 2.5L have you guys seen where there’s two external torx bolts for the top bell house bolts? Both mine and a spare I have had all hex bolts all around for the bell and external torx for the starter.
  7. Well since lunch is involved I don't see why not.
  8. No. You will need to get the pulley with an alt combo sadly. That is how I sourced mine. Napa had one and I don't remember which one I ordered from them but it was a battle and a half to get the right one. If I can find my purchase history I will post the PN. Nope, history on that is gone. If you go to anywhere else, make sure to have the counter monkeys verify that is has a six ribbed serp belt with a v belt pulley.
  9. This has been a problem before as I fought with this before adding AC. Renix 2.5L's without AC have a special pulley they need to be in line with the others. The bracket is fine, its the part stores that don't know the difference between the ACless models and AC equipped. Pulley looks like this: His probably looks like this: And this should be the bracket:
  10. Do you have AC or no AC? Doesn’t matter too much if it’s 4.0L or 2.5L. But the no AC systems require a specific pulley. I got mine from Napa a few years back with the no AC specific pulley.
  11. Shame. I'm sure the plastics can be salvaged.
  12. Rear bumper doesn't look terrible.
  13. Diesels got the full 23.5 gallons instead of the 16.
  14. Could always turn em around
  15. It has OEM bed rails. Too bad its not a long bed.

  17. Well if he would get on he can tell us that he unplugged his speed sensor and his issue went away with the engine running rich.

  19. I will get an accurate build sheet in a second. Jdog get the front bug shield and grill pieces. Aftermarket grill pieces are flimsy and questionable quality.
  20. To be fair I decided to take a pic way to late in the evening. Should've post those on your build.
  21. Don't fret. My coworkers make fun of me everyday for my truck and get told I should "upgrade" to a JT. I shrug it off or proceed to tell them how the MJ is superior to the Gladiator wannabe.
  22. Lockpick skill:100
  23. Has your door locks been swapped at some point? Usually the door and glove box locks are the same key unless one or the other has been swapped.
