Yup! Thats correct. Across the pond they got some other TD after the Renault was discontinued in the engine options, I forget who makes it but some XJ guys will import those.

One member on here told me about it and I soon found one on eBay after looking under dodge turbo diesel nameplates Another member sold me his entire parts stash and I got another one in the mix of those parts. It looks like t can still be found on eBay.

I don’t see why it shouldn’t work. Electric speedo is an electric speedo. Cluster won’t care. Now if it’s going in a Renix Jeep that doesn’t have the boxyjeep conversion or HO, it won’t work at all.

Frankenstein. Speedo should be blue and match the fuel gauge.

Well one thing is for certain. They stuck with their two tone inside and out. Welcome and if you haven’t, post up your VIN for a build sheet, date and sold by dealer.

So apparently you can hook up the vacuum football wrong….explains why the AC vents would default to defrost. I learned the same thing on little red years back and never put two and two together when installing the bumper after the paint job.

I’ll have to look and see what I did. I know I did something to make a complete bumper.

Yes. I tried to take one apart to replace the bolts internally and let’s just say that was a pain in the butt to get out. The plastic is formed around the metal plate that has two studs in there.

I watched the guy who is building mama fratelli’a XJ and he bought crown parts, good example of why crown sucks despite having the license to reproduce those parts.

Lucky. They wanted me to put boxes over the mounts and charge me an arm and a leg vs dead weight.
