  1. Some really good finds this round -MJ mudflaps with brackets -tailgate bumpers both triangular ones and the small round ones -Some emblems -LH and RH MJ bed wheel wells
  2. I dolly tow with my v8 comanche all the time and it tows pretty good. I will say that even around the mostly flat area having brakes on the dolly are a must to me. The truck can’t really panic stop without them. I bought a used dolly a couple years ago on eBay for $800 with brakes that hadn’t been used very much
  3. Tested the solenoids and they all tested at 17 ohms. Tps tested good as well. Did make a discovery. Found atf in the coolant bottle and a milkshake in the radiator so I think the trans cooler and radiator are now one. Going to try to source a new trans now since I’m pretty sure this one is cooked
  4. Forgot to add that the guy I bought it from said he changed the solenoids, fluid and filter. Fluid looks good and it’s full. I haven’t personally dropped the pan yet
  5. So I bought a 93 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 2wd with a aw4. It only has 113k miles on it and was mainly used as an around town vehicle. The guy I got it from said it would act like it was in neutral after about 20 mins of driving in any gear even when put in reverse. I couldn’t even get it on the trailer before it did it to me. Brought it home and found a bad neutral safety switch so I changed that and no change. Also changed the tps with a known good one. Swapped a different TCM in too with no change. No codes are coming up and there’s no check engine light on. I’m leaning towards just changing the trans but wanted to see if anyone else had any other ideas. I drove it around some today after changing the tps and it idled around fine and I got it into second gear before it just acted like it was in neutral again. Cut it off, waited a few mins and I was able to idle it back to where it was sitting before it only had neutral. When it does this it doesn’t have any gear at all including reverse and unplugging the TCM to shift manually doesn’t work either

  7. Updated the look of the grey truck with the jk wheels and spacers that nobody seemed to want. The other tires were getting older and these fit much better. I was even able to take the washers out from under the steering stops. Sadly I found a bad rear axle wheel seal so I need to get that fixed
  8. I should have a good grey one
  9. Little bit of filler work and some paint and it’s pretty much finished. It just needs some seam sealer in the corner and along the bottom seam. Now to start on all the other body work
  10. Key parts rocker is most of the way installed. Just needs a little more welding and grinding
  11. That is a weird coincidence! Mine came from eBay. We still need to meet up sometime if you’re ever going through south carolina
  12. Nope, I’ve been replacing a rocker panel and sold the Comanche I got for parts to a high schooler who is going to fix it up
  13. Found an nos chrome mirror kit with the instructions and hardware as well as a set of ho locks with valet keys
  14. Got rid of the most recent parts jeep so now hopefully I’ll have some time to devote to this truck. Picked up a new to me header panel that’s from a 93 since I want this truck to look like the Comanche they should have made in 93. Going to color match it to the truck and put all the new lights I have for it in it
  15. Finally started to tackle the rust in the floors the other week. Going to get that patched and start getting the truck ready to paint in the fall. Need to start pulling together parts and I need to source a good 3 piece slider
  16. 2.8, 2wd d35 truck with buckets and a console as well as a cargo light. Bought it locally for parts but might end up keeping it whole
  17. Only 15😂 A lot more than I could fit in my short bed
  18. Swapped out the starter because the old one had gotten really slow and I already had a new one on the shelf. Did a full tuneup as well with new plugs, msd wires and a cap and rotor. I’ve been driving it to work and it’s been doing well. Even put it to work cleaning out the yard
  19. I have a nice woodgrain trim bezel from a 94 country. I have a working radio too but it has a couple bad pixels on the display
  20. Got the dash back together and everything working including the radio
  21. Trim is back on. Need to put the door panels back in and dash back together before it goes Friday for an alignment
  22. Got a new windshield in finally. Just have to put the trim on. Needs an alignment then I can finally start driving it to work. Might end up putting buckets in it since I have an extra set of brackets and a few extra sets of seats
  23. I should have both the gate and the bezel but I’ll have to look tomorrow
