Ohhhh damn, well that sucks. I'm guessing the mitigation systems was part of the contingencies? If so maybe see if you can get them to pick up the tab.

First house we bought needed to have the entire line replaced as it had roots growing in it. Luckily we did a scope before buying it and they caught it. We just moved again (don't ask) and new place has a bunch of bentonite in the area so we opted to do another scope and came back clean. Learned it's better the shell out the $100 for the scope then the bill later.

Axle/Gearing/Braking recommendations
Smokeyyank replied to Wargresh's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Based on what you're saying, just get it running and driving well. Do a few of the easy mods, dual diaphragm booster, headlight relay, convert the cooling system to an open one, checkout cruiser54s tips. I wouldnt touch axles right now. If you want to swap axles and such find some 96-99 xj axles with 3.73s swap them in run some 31s-33s. Modified and relaible daily rarely work out. I get your kid wants it lifted with big tires but doesnt do any one good if it doesnt drive or drives like crap. -
jk dana 30 vs xj HP dana 30
Smokeyyank replied to Swampy's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Hp44 if you want strength without weight. You can add D60 knuckles and IIRC shafts. Depending where you are, JK30s can be stupid money and might as well build tons. -
Going coast to coast tonight. First is this from Abomination Brewing up in Conneticuit. Rare fog triple dry hopped tripple IPA. 10. something abv. Really good, but given the price won't be circling back on list.....$28/pack. Second was Wonderjack IPA from Breakside colab with Barley brown. Delicous west coast IPA. Just like munching on some pine needles good malts balance and noce bitter picker at the end.

Nice, what was the brewery called? Been a llloooonnngggg week. So to keep with the theme of uncertainty I picked up some new brews tonight based on my wine buying skills. What color, does the label look cool and wheres it from. Both have been exceptional choices. First was from Quebec, Canada, ta Meilleure NEIPA from Lagabeire. Very drinkable and would not guess its 7%. Really smooth and just enough bitterness to juiciness ratio. Other was Lips and Lungs DIPA from Short throw in CT. Just really damn good and super juciy. Last was Can O bliss DIPA from good ol Oskar blues in Longmont. Nothing super special but I'd put it in a top running for a "I need a good beer that I can find most places" category. The regular can o bliss is pretty good this is just pushed it to a better spot IMHO.

I know you said no fuel cell but.....don't think something like this would work? Footprint is plenty small to not take up a ton of space. Plus it gets it up from the rocks. https://www.jegs.com/i/RCI/821/2171A/10002/-1?gclid=Cj0KCQjwp4j6BRCRARIsAGq4yMEsPi_QdgNbbjn2l2czGGhHFnKyGK_S2jB4M8QNxI853ctvoqqlOWUaApm5EALw_wcB

Soooooo is that a creamsicle???? Cause that's kind of awesome. I've been drinking A LOT more beers than this but these are a few honorable mentions. Got these from Maine brewing. Pepper pale ale and Lunch IPA. Pepper was decent nothing too special, good all round for s session beer. Lunch was great, hoppy but super smooth. Was described to me as "pillowy" and I could definitely see

Durabak, you can get it in a smooth/matte finish if you don't want he typical "textured" bed liner paint.

New to the Comanche

Welcome! Are all of your tires the same and new(er)? -
Sweet pics man! Good on you for taking out other people's $h*t. Frustrating as hell that people just trash the outdoors. We live by some BLM and it's always and issue with people going there and leaving fires going with trash everywhere. Fn idiots.

Starting the weekend early! Pepper from Maine brewing company. Pretty good overall, nice session pale ale.
