Lol, some people are skeptical of low price rigs. It’s either cheap enough to be a gamble or it priced like an antique. Everything in between is a hard sell from what I’ve noticed.

I wouldn’t lower your price. Just need to find the right buyer. I doubt it’s a price issue.

No need to mess with camber. It will either be in spec or you’ll need new ball joins (or you bent your inner Cs). Just focus on caster and centering the axle if it’s lifted (adjust control arms and track bar)

You will have more clearance running 31’s and a dana 35 that 33’s on an 8.8

Especially if the pickup tube is pre-installed lol. That’s a tedious job. I tack welded mine in place once I got it installed so I knew it would never budge

You either want something super durable and hard (eg bedliner) or something easy to touch up (rattle can or 1k paint)

I used ppg ditzler and it’s great paint. For your application though id stay away from single stage or two stage paints and go with a rattle can or bedliner type product (monstaliner, raptor liner etc)

Is the air just not coming out of the vents? Try the blower motor as Minuit suggests but if it’s good you probably lost the vacuum connection from the engine to the hvac control panel. The engine vacuum come through the firewall right behind the expansion valve. Trace that vacuum hose and make sure it’s getting vacuum since it activates all of the motors that move the vent doors and gates

Personally I’d stick with the non-radius arm axles unless the price difference is huge. Those axles for most people will run 40’s if setup well. That will be either some serious trimming or serious lift in an MJ though

Almost finished up! Just got the ski running today and will be finishing the seat and trim tomorrow. Need to move back to the MJ and take care of a hydroboost swap next

Rockwell 2.5 ton axle or bust lol. You’ll have a good 4” of clearance under the pumpkin with 35s but you’ll never be able to break the axle

Also, check all your sockets and bulbs in your tailights and turn signals

There is a small lip where the blower motor fits through the firewall. I drilled a small 1/4” hole under the motor and into the wheel well opening to drain. That rubber seal will not keep out the water that pools up there

In custom setups we use “universal backstrap”. You can but it at crutchfield and sometimes the local hardware store has a similar material that works

A regular magnaflow cat is under $100. Don’t gut your cat, it pointless. Just replace it with a weld on magnaflow if it is compliant. If not then get a replacement on rock auto. A gutted or removed cat is not an improvement over a good working unit. Just lookup how they work. They simple and effective devices. Essentially they are an afterburner for anything that didn’t get completely burned off in your engine. They aren’t a restriction or a filter. Please don’t take off your cat unless it needs to be replaced. All it does is stink up the cab and air around you and adds zero performance unless it was plugged (normally the ceramic honeycomb starts to come loose and blocks the flow). I run a magnaflow stainless cat that uses a stainless honeycomb vs the standard ceramic material. Here on island everyone removes there cat thinking they will gain power. Imagine walking down the road along the ocean with a nice salty breeze then a truck drives by and all you smell is gas for a minute. And for what???
