  5. Few months ago I found a guy in Europe making Lund visors. He was on vacation witch in Europe can be 3-4 weeks long. Then he was going to start taking orders again. They were pretty reasonable 70 -90 but that didn't include shipping. I've sense lost his info but I'll search again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Looks good. How long did it take for you to get them and how much? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. Looks like he could be the muscle. Great job on the seats just reconditioned an identical set my 88 Eliminator. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Well at least the was still there. I've had two Cherokees stolen just by pure luck both were recovered. Such a sick feeling when you get hit like that. Glad to hear the car was still there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Old thread but always relevant. Some times the smallest things, that split second decision, are the difference between life and death. That we all know. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. You may get a nicer truck through buy here pay here but your interest is going kill you. Take your time find something good that you are happy with. By it with cash. Every month you don't make a payment is money you keep in the bank. The name of the game is accumulate your own wealth not to make other men wealthy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. After 4 years I lucked out and found a set in a yard on Wensday. FYI there is an 88 SB 4x4 basic in Hesperia CA at pick a part that has a Ford 9inch, good bed, very good gray bench, and gray slightly saging head liner in it, 4inch lift kit in the yard. The drivetrain is still in it complete but has a 5 speed Pouget transmission. Won't be there much longer. Pig me if you have any questions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Sounds like you sank a ton of money into. Don't get to hung up on perfection. Good is good enough some times. I can get tangled up in the perfection thing, almost obsessive about it. In my life it can slow things down looking for that perfect part. Get it up on its feet and then worry about perfection. That's some unsolicited advice. I've gotten burned out on it too and had to give it a break. I hope your able to get that fire underneath you started again and get inspired, then back to it soon. Good luck to you. 15. I to used the 97+xj and just cut to fit, worked great. I replaced the entire door seal on the cab with a yj seal. Wasn't sure if it was going to work took a gamble. It worked, door was a little hard too get closed all the way at first but soon the rubber took the contour of the door. Works pretty good nice and thick. Not sure what year yj I pulled it off of but it was a newer one 2000+. Could you shoot a pic of you Home Depot molding? I'd like to see what you did. I've got another MJ to do. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Sorry about my earlier post. I miss read things and deleted it. Ya I like that truck. The graphics go along way. I do like the original look of the silver bumpers on Eliminators though but that's just personal taste. Only aN MJ guy would realize what it means.
  17. Roger that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Your doing it rite. Good write up and pics too. I really like the stance on this truck. I've got as set of those rims and now you got me thinking about my truck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Absolutely Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I like that want to put it on my Pioneer. did you have to cut it? If so how did you finish off the cut ends so they would look molded. That's the only thing stopping me is how to finish it off to look decent. Your truck looks good. Great color combination and I'm a sucker for that Chrome finish. Still can't bring myself to put black paint on a shinny rim. It's just not going to happen in this lifetime. Call me old school all you want, I could give a rats @$$. 21. I like what your doing with the truck, looking good. You've taken it in a good direction. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
