  5. agreed i have forgotten the issues with the spline count on the TCase casue thats what got me. BTW a good day at the local pic & pull could land them all that is needed to set things ups. it just a consideration heck they could go with nv3550 configuration as well.
  6. what you may want to do since this is an internal slave is have them do a clutch job right off the bat and in the future i would swap in for ax-15 tranny with the external slave setup :brows: find someone here that may or can help you if i could i would ;)
  7. any mini usb cable on one end to standard usb on the other should work for ya and some of the cables come with cell phones :brows: just a thought

  15. hey jeff one question was there a reason you remain with the internal slave setup over the external slave setup. g8 job on the project
  16. That was yesterday. Tomorrow ... Order the hose while you're there. It's relatively cheap, and when you see the condition of the rubber section of the old one you'll know it was on borrowed time. :agree: that one get you when you least expect it
  17. are all d44 created equal other than the 6 bolt vs 5 bolt between the fullsize wagoneer and the XJ/MJ. saw one at the JY and looked good the notice the 6bolt pattern :dunno: . looking for a d44 and want to keep it simple. thanks
  18. x2 i have used bitpim as well and i know for a fact that it works well for the juke phones. the phone companies want you to purchase there stuff and at a high $$ rate you can download bitpim for free :brows: i know that some may have issues like the motorolas good luck  btw if you don't have the mini usb cable that will only be the cost to ya
  19. x2 that is where i have started as well :brows: also dino web site has some additional infomation for ya http://www.jeep4.0performance.4mg.com/ check it out
  20. Can’t really tell much from the picture btw you have to be some what flexible since you have to get the hose end off the reservoir “engine bay area” and the other end that you have displayed in the picture. This hose travels along the firewall from the reservoir to you tranny. Not sure if you have any assistance near by to help you out I would recommend it…. unless you are daring to do this my hats off to ya. You'll have to be a bit careful since there is some rust and don’t want to strip the heads on the hose end connections when taken them off. If you have a friend that can help you that would be great and if you were nearby I would be gladly to assist you. It should not take that long of a time to complete this task. May have to purchase that hose from the dealer unless Blatz can chime in and provide a part no. for ya hope this helps and good luck
  21. during my buildup i have purchased a kit from AP which does not work that area for reasons unknown The total package to include porting was around 2k and that was 5 years ago. To me porting is a personal choice the are some gains but nothing to brag about. If you intend to supercharge/turbo/nitro or a combination and trying to squeez every bit of hp out if it then do it other wise don't worry about that... you will notice the difference. :brows: there are some sites like dino's & lund that can provide some additional info hope this helps
  22. what I would recommend is that you fill the reservoir with the brake fluid and have someone push the clutch in a few times if the hose is ruptured you should see where the fluid is leaking from from the engine compartment area near the firewall. good luck
  23. the swap year for the ax-15 was 89 and they where internal up to 94 which they have switch to the external. and since the MJ where arrested in 92 they would be of the internal slave setup unless they have been swapped out to external. also in 89 was the different spline count 21 for the ba/10 and 23 for the ax-15 hope this helps ... I needed to read the full question  listen to what Pete said :brows:
  24. it could be that the hose gave way from the master cylinder or that the slave cylinder gave way. I think it is the hose itself. based on that you are the are the orignal owner
