There's a good possibility that my diagram is correct and the FSM is wrong. You could do a continuity check to verify. I'd appreciate it. You could also unplug the O2 sensor, start the Jeep and check for power between the red and black wires.

If the incoming air is below a certain temp, the #8 opens up and pulls the flap on the air cleaner to draw air from the hot manifold thingie. When temp is above that level, it lets the flap close and pull cool air in from the front of the vehicle. Do you live in the North Pole?

I think they're still available. cruiser54, Please tell me more about the high altitude CPS. Does it fit the High Output 4.0? Am I correct that it advances the timing a few degrees to compensate for lower density air at high altitude? Has anyone used this on the 4.0? Thanks for any information. No, it does not. A stock one can be modified though.

Can't look that up right now, but if the O2 sensor heater doesn't get heated, your O2 sensor doesn't work. I was too lazy to re-read the thread. Sorry. Drop the pressure to 30 and see how it feels.

Check the tire pressures first...................
