  1. no , the HO requires a higher psi I think , somewhere between 45-49 psi , hopefully someone can chime in to confirm this
  2. Love the retro stripe on it and the interior , the 2.5 is a really good engine , just take care of it and it'll take care if you :)
  3. So happy to hear the jeeps running good , I would be smiling ear to ear if I were you ;)
  4. "Runs like new " "Jeep Gets 25-30 mpg " And as previously stated , "a/c works just needs recharge " .
  5. More pics Also picked some of this up and I'm extremely happy on how it cleaned up the chrome on the jeep
  6. Done some progress on her , got a overhead console for when I put a new headliner in her Also picked up some new rotors for her because it's shaking when braking , still need wheel bearings so I haven't installed them Did some preventative maintenance on her because I'm a maintenance freak and I'm paranoid about my beloved jeep , Adjusted tps And tested the cps sensor because I'm paranoid and I don't want to be left without my jeep , scored good so that's a huuuuuuuuuuuge weight off my shoulders , still going to order a spare from summit racing and keep it in my glove box for peace in mind , Also cleaned out my c101 connector for more preventative maintenance And I finally found a center console for the jeep after countless disappointing visits to the jy , It was dirty as hell but I wasn't giving up Finally cleaned and installed in the truck
  7. There's been a been a major break through in jeep history today thanks too hornbrod and cruisers knowledge ;)
  8. Few reasons might be that People don't appreciate it , no need for it , or one little problem that the truck gives and they think it's completely unreliable or unusable , or they try to fix it with lets say for example " a cheap cps to cure a no start " and it doesn't fix it and they give up on it and then think a new car is the only way to go yet they're going to be wasting even more money on car payments and they won't be something so awesome and unique like a comanche ;)
  9. Thanks for all the help cruiser I appreciate it , and yes I've cleaned all the ground and installed new battery cables , I also went ahead and cleaned out the c101 a few weeks ago Still need to clean the engine head ground though , I plan on adding the upgrades ground cable from Kelly's wip once I get more $ this summer
  10. Sorry for annoying you , but Got a multimeter from harbor freight like how you had recommended and tested the cps and got .5 https://vimeo.com/128652622 Seems to crank slow sometimes though and it'll only go to .3 , I recently replaced the battery and starter motor could one of those be the cause for the slow cranking and the lower result ? Still plan on ordering the cps though for peace in mind
  11. Will do , won't ship until June 8th Thoe
  12. Love how it looks man !
  13. Searched up part number and got this https://www.rockauto.com/m/mobilecatalog.php?catalog=154&partnum=PC307&a=www.google.com%2BSearch%2Bfor%2BSTANDARD%2BMOTOR%2BPRODUCTS%2BPC307&blanktemplate=true But I think I might've found it , is it this one ? http://m.summitracing.com/parts/smp-pc307
  14. Cruiser are you sure they're still being Made ? I can't find it , I only found these cps http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=40435&cc=1181584&jnid=418&jpid=4 Or this one http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=950927&cc=1181584&jnid=418&jpid=5
  15. Has Anybody ordered a mopar cps online ? Was the price less and most Importantly did it work properly when installed ? Trucks runs good (knock on wood ) just Looking for a cps so I can perform preventative maintenance , called up the dealer and got quoted 92$ and I'm a broke highschool Kid and I'm trying to spend a little less if I can . already did ground cleaning also with new battery cables and took apart my c101 connector and cleaned it , just trying to do preventative maintaince on her . also it's a 1987 4.0 5 speed Peugeot all original
  16. Careful with the 2001 engine , the 2000-2001 4.0s have a problem with the head cracking between cyl 3 and 4 I think .
  17. Cruiser , don't you think it might be the coolant temp sender ? He said that the engine runs worse when warmed up . You know best and I would like to know your opinion on the temp sender .
  18. Wanted know if any of you guys have used this multimeter , I'm on a budget and I can't spend much and i would like to purchase a multimeter that is useful for testing and diagnosing the sensors on the jeep . You guys think this Would be a good multimeter to test the sensors with ? http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000EVYGZA/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1431666980&sr=1-1&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70#
  19. Try what they re Saying , excellent advice guys ^ , also Have you checked your fuel pressure ? Might sound dumb but you never know , Cycle the keys 5-10 times to pressurize the system and see how she starts , also if you can hook up a fuel pressure gauge and check , pressure should be 31 +/- 1 at idle and 39 +/-1 with the regulator disconnected .
  20. Looking for a tan/camel center console , the long console , area 89156
  21. Looks cool ! Also do you still have that tan center console ? I'm interested if you still have it
  22. Do what they're telling you and adapt it for the best position but here's mines not the best job due to lack of tools and skills but I'm learning and plan on improving them in the future but here's how they look in the mj
