    Got Wood?

To answer the question, Yep  Very nice
  4. Every thing drive related. Engine/trans/t-case, axles, front driveshaft... Its worth keeping.
  5. I had a reman cluster installed in my 'old' 2000 XJ at the stealership. They where able to keep my mileage the same. At that time I didnt care enough to ask questions about how they did it.
  6. First tank of gas with the "new" wheels. Went from 18-20, to 14mpg. :ack: don't matter, I don't really drive that much anyway.
  7. Put me down for a couple 2012. Sure nice looking at your Eliminator this month Ben!
  8. It's settled! CC pow wow in Gilbert! You better get crackin on a rig then
  9. Good to hear. Pay enough for those parts, you wanna make sure you have the correct parts.
  10. 2000-01 XJs had the NV3550.
  11. Between the cost of the jeep, all fluids, t-case, Id say around 15 or 16 hundred bucks. I did pay 650  for a reman case cuz I planned to pay full asking price for it till the t-case blew apart on the test drive. He wanted 2 grand for it. Couple more things I want to do, I will probably have 2300 invested. http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2000/Jee ... -Equipment http://www.kbb.com/jeep/cherokee/2000-j ... otabs=true This is my second 2000 XJ with over 140k. don't believe all that hipe on the net about the head problems and that the problems plague every one...I have never seen it with my own eyes..
  12. Gilbert, MN OHV http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/ohv/trail_detail.html?id=13/ I have been wheeling the first ever Grant in Aid Trail in MN for about 2 years for the construction of the trail. It is still currently not open pending some small issues. Here is a "build thread." http://mn-jeep.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19085
  13. The tires I have are just a cheap kinda all terrain tire. I have not looked to see how close it gets to the LCA.
  14. This is the XJ I bought cheap a few months ago with a bad transfer case. I ended using a Reman NP231 from Mountain Garage. Installed Rampage headlamps and fresh fluids throughout. And a CC sticker. Today I put my Rubicon wheels on. I figured they would not fit. The tire size is 245/75/16. Slight rubbing on the plastic bumperettes is all when turned and going in reverse. Future plans are some paint work. Roof needs paint and the bottom of the driver door has a little bit of rust along with a small spot on the bottom of the liftgate. Could use a drivers floorpan too but all in all its been a great rig thus far. 18-20 mpg. 181k miles.
  15. Obviously you've never driven a great running stroker. :D The expression on the ricer turbo drivers with their dual fart cans is priceless. And I was fortunate to get the Hesco crate when they were below $2.8K a few years ago. They are crazy expensive now, but are by far the best. I have a full size diesel pickup. You havent felt power till you drive a cranked up late model diesel! Yes someday when I win the lottery, I will buy a stroker. But it will be in a 2wd SWB MJ with a 5-speed.
  16. 4 grand. :ack: If I had 4gs to burn, I would find myself a few more MJs for the yard. Who needs that much power in a MJ anyway? It would be fun in all, but I just like driving them. I don't care if they had 20 HP. As long as they will do 55, I'm good.
  17. Yep you need a wheeler. I like that photocrop. Do it and paint it pink!
  18. Check out his build thread. Ben, wheres the updated family picture?
  19. Check out Pirate for the "off the wall" type builds. I know for a fact there is a XJ a guy built with 'mogs with a 4.5 inch lift and 43" stickys... Last time I looked he was looking into some uniframe beefing.
  20. Where'd this one come from? I see there is a 86 on CL forsale in Alex.. That isnt it obviously..
