A brand new stripped 2wd Tacoma starts at $27k. Maybe it isn’t to crazy.

The J roofs of the 80’s didn’t have the visor but they were still a couple inches higher than the Wagoneer/Cherokee SJ’s.

It is cool, but it has a Wagoneer roof on it, not a truck roof. Although that would probably be the most economical way of making an extended cab. They wouldn’t have to make any new stampings, just shorten existing ones. AMC always was looking at ways to save a buck to stay in business.

I’ve been riding my 1985 Honda 250ES Big Red without a helmet since my brother got it in 1985. He gave it to me a dozen or so years ago because he had gotten into quads and it was just sitting around. I took it out to King of the Hammers in 2013. Being It was going to be ridden real hard out there l did bring a helmet.

Is it that hard to take pictures of your car in day light outside so that you can see what the car looks like? From the pictures l couldn’t even tell if l would want to go look at the thing. Or even deal with the moron taking the pictures.

I’m guessing it is a manufacturing defect. I replaced mine with a similar build date and mileage 4.0 that never let loose even after being hydro locked. It wasn’t on the road much longer after that but that was because the body was becoming much to porous.
