Surprised to say you can have one made easy enough for not much more then a used one you have to rebuild anyways. But this being if you have any local machine shop or race shops 🤔

Well now I'm kinda reluctant on doing it.

How often do you get offers for your Comanche(s)?
MiNi Beast replied to Dammerung's topic in The Pub
Never been offered I'd prolly take it. 😆 -
ok so I just got sick of all that damn heat in the cab from the exhaust. So I want to eliminate some heat and aide in helping the new cooling system. So order 100ft of black exhaust wrap and i be fixin to wrap the jeep headers. But want to know if anyone 😕 done this with good results? And shall I also wrap the down pipe as well as it runs under the cab?

Omg. -
My set up was under $20 with free kn filter from pick and pull. not pretty and fancy by no means, its just stupid simple redneck enginuity. It works well as it whistles down the road and i do get water over my hood and yet to have issues. Regardless as what she said, 3" is plenty big enough.

All nuts and bolts. One step at a time and you'll fall in love all over again 💕

I sent one away for free cause I can't read.

Put pads in wrong?

Did you pull the cover by chance to ensure all is well there.

Recheck what you did. Balljoints sometimes make contact with axle shaft ujoint. Double check what you did.

Great start. From the floors up.

So ill post up my less then $50 sound system. Took me 3 years to assemble but I'm pleased with outcome. I was the kid in school that had a loud system in my ride, but always had the Cheapest setup. I don't believe in paying lots of money for systems in a jeep that can use that money elsewhere 🤔. But I still like the boom boom that mellows out the b*@ch. I may be getting old and losing my hearing with all that load 😈 music that gram gram told me about 😒 or just riding with no doors and a snorkel by my head makes it hard to rock out. So to create a system on a budget but is loud. So as I go about my life I have been fortunate enough to come across components for the system. Like full set of amp wires out of a xj at a pick and pull. I cleaned out some rental properties and found the amp, hooked it up and it works. 😎 found both 8" subs on clearance at local auto store for $20 each. Only thing i paid for aside from lunch and pick and pull entry fee,, wires were free. The head unit i got given to me from a buddy as a token of appreciation as I help him with home repairs and maintenance. The sub boxes I acquired a year or so after the speaker purchase. Those also were someone's junk that I pulled old speakers out for fridge 🧲. Boxes were ported with tweeters. Sweetness. Other then installing fresh wires with soldering they boom boom. So like anything you can have nice stuff and you can pay for just that... but when you been poor all your life you understand the importance of that dollar amount when talking jeep. I rather put more under the jeep then making it a boom box. So if your patience and check around you can have Decent radio setup and here's just one example. At least my amp matches my head unit. 😆

Sun visor mirror lights
MiNi Beast replied to 70barracuda's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Is there a switch built into the visors themselves? Could I run my own power wire to it and the visior be like a toggle switch?
