  1. In hindsight I've had previous incidents but nothing that couldn't be dismissed as some sort of weird heartburn. last night I was on the floor in pain. it sucked. a lot. but after a trip to the hospital I now know for sure what's going on. sometime likely this week I'll be getting the dang thing pulled. don't really need it anyway. now I'm going back to bed. been over 24 hours since I last slept and I think I've got enough pain meds in me to pass out. g'night!
  2. Same here. was pretty straight forward (especially since that particular truck had no engine or dash or wiring harness :rotf: ). I swore the very same thing about the rear plugs and then the steering pump in my caravan. ended up doing them again later on anyways. both projects were surprisingly easy the second time around. :dunno:
  3. absolutely have a C-clamp holding the leaves together, just in case there's any built-up tension that wants to release suddenly when you cut the bolt.
  4. yeah, there are plenty of longer substitutes out there. I used one from a 94 Dakota. I'm not convinced the stainless ones are an upgrade though. my stock one lasted 20 some years.
  5. awesome. just awesome. now she can't ever claim that you didn't make the bed. :rotf:
  6.
  7. I'm heading out in the direction of the post office tomorrow. Will swing by with some cards if you can get me an address today.
  8. did you at least drop off a club card?
  9. I wonder how many lego kits have been created so far...
  10. I don't see any photos :dunno:
  11. they are slightly smaller than 30s and should fit with no mods whatsoever (except maybe swapping out the speedometer gear)
  12. I'd imagine so, but the ones I've always heard of are the 2" drop. any longer and the shackle starts to get too long. and those won't necessarily raise your MJ up 2 inches. but since most all MJs have a slight forward rake, it balances out the truck front to back to have a 2" front lift and a bit less than that in the rear.
  13. yeah. sounds weird saying it out loud...
  14. not officially. But I swapped this one in myself. x2. I have a feeling that my 90 MJ might be the donor to convert my 96 XJ to a stick and awd. Ohh... that would be nice. Did MJs ever have a NP242 as an option from factory? not officially. just about anything was possible back then since they were desperate to sell trucks. but I swapped this one in myself.
  15. x2. I have a feeling that my 90 MJ might be the donor to convert my 96 XJ to a stick and awd.
  16. I soooo still want that. I'm just not sure why. It's just so.... weird... :dunno:
  17. I wasn't given any. :dunno:
  18. frankthedog just sent these to me. enjoy! :D and the video: https://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10152026560823135&notif_t=video_processed
  19. and most "kits" don't seem to be complete. :(
  20. yup, you'll need to host the photos at any number of free sites out there and then bring the new addresses here. See this thread: http://comancheclub.com/topic/37727-how-to-post-pictures/
  21. don't forget to sell your old driveshaft to someone in need.
