    the 97+ rad fan is supposed to be better than the older version.

    I used door seals from a 97+ XJ. ya gotta close the door a bit harder, but the extra thickness of the seal is nice

    same. I would add an efan and swap in a new fan clutch. I assume you have an intact fan shroud?

    these are the drain holes on the drivers side. you might need to pull the fender to find it if it's trapped.

    yup, it was never much tint, but still more than clear glass. if I can remember, tomorrow I'll dig out an earlier brochure and see if there was ever a time it wasn't standard.

    tinting shows as standard in the '91 dealership brochure I've got next to my desk.

    your local auto parts place will have all you need. you can use bulk line and flare the ends, or you can buy pre-flared lengths and bend to fit. I've done both techniques and once I got good at flaring, I prefer the bulk line method. be sure to buy the nickle/copper lines rather than plain steel. and you don't need to follow the exact path of the factory lines, just make sure that nothing is going to snag/cut/boil the new lines.

    ended up at my Aunt's for Labor day. she made some custom fancy turkey burgers for me (cow bothers my gut) plus regluar burgers for everyone else, plus deep fried perch and some homemade fish cakes (though I forget what fish was used). plus some tater tots, extra crispy.

    no such thing as an OEM MJ hitch. just make sure it mounts in the proper way and not some shade-tree mechanic way.
