you can try SMS headliners and see if he's making them, or you can contact your local auto upholstery shop and they may be able to make you one. they can definitely make one if you have an old one to take a mold from.

this is a build sheet and is what you're hoping to find in the truck (though this is from a chrysler era truck). the "window sticker" was a completely different thing and very few remain because it required the original owner to carefully fold it up for safe keeping (and remember where they put it).

the reason pics sometimes show upside down has to do with the way various devices tag the pic for which way is up. I've had good success with flipping, then re-flipping back to normal and re-saving on my laptop, but even then that plan can sometimes struggle for some devices.
