  1. that's awesome! be sure to start a build thread and share all the details
  2. yup, and that's the truly puzzling part.
  3. iphone seems to be the common trait. still doesn't actually answer anything though.
  4. hunter green?
  5. yeah, that happens occasionally and is still puzzling. what specifically did you use to upload it?
  6. I highly suggest looking into it before taking on a big project. huuuuuuuge time saver plus you can unscrew them later if need be.
  7. They sell screws that can be shot out of a nailgun

I don't think it was a rule for you. It was only instituted a few days ago.
  9. I've not yet lived in an area that allows studded tires I bet they are fun

Very true. It's up to the people to pay attention to what they are doing. Drinking/eating are no longer allowed while walking or in the queues. Gotta stop and distance yourself. People were seriously abusing that in the past so they updated their policy. Not quite 100% compliance but much better these days compare to october. distancing is a whole nuther animal though. Just too many bottle necks to stay 6ft all the time. But even so, the system as a whole seems to be decent. We just do our best to avoid those situations.

Can your school maintain 100% mask wearing and a 6ft separation between all students? That is the challenge and it's harder (but not impossible) for a small entirely indoor situation. But where there's a will, there's a way! Gotta have that 100% "will" first though and that seems hardest of all.

Just an observation on mask wearing, Disney World has been open for months now. 100s of thousands of strangers all mingling all day long. It's a testiment to what the basic practices can do. If masking and cleaning and distancing didn't work, this would be an insane hotspot and it's just... not. Not even for the workers who are here every day. My folks feel safer there than walmart (which has essentially the same policies in place but doesn't really enforce anything past entering the front door. Disney will legit kick you off property if you don't comply.
  13. Snow tires will do well in the deep stuff too. :)

Nothing against the thought behind it, but I... have the feeling that will not hold up in the courts. but we'll see. Maybe it's more for like when a repair guy comes by to fix the plumbing? but that's part of the beauty of living in this country. when a law gets handed down, it can then be challenged in the courts. other countries don't have that luxury.
  15. keep in mind that some of the codes were reused in Chyrysler's computers over the years for other cars and so may not be 100% accurate.
  16. dang, that's a "close but no cigar" moment. but that's what grinders are for I guess.
  17. can you share a photo of what you're dealing with? stock XJ and MJ shackles can physically be interchanged between the 2 rigs (MJ ones are a bit longer than XJ though).

still applies. the droplets that spew out of someone's mouth are rather large (comparatively speaking) and so can still get trapped in regular masks. it's one of the reasons why they should be washed regularly (or disposed of) especially if you've been close around others. BUT, the 2 biggest preventives are still distance and everyone masking up. gotta catch the little buggers in the contagious person's mask.
  19. Have you not yet experienced a true snow tire? It's like having superpowers.
  20. how much snow do you get? generally speaking: snow tires > 4wd My old minivan dominated the white stuff.
  21. have your 35s let you down anywhere yet? seems premature to toss them before even finding their limits. beware of "inchitus". it can be quite expensive
  22. those temps... are weird.
  23. 3/16" 3x5 box tubing with a CJ bullbar on it and a 2x2 in it (meaning the hitch hole is on the backside). someday I'll trim the bottom of the outer ends for a bit more ground clearance, but I've changed my mind about angling them back after getting a bit too close to trees. I prefer that corner to stick out a bit because the trees get even closer if you are angled downhill even just a little bit.
  24. I sure hope they are giving you guys a heck of a discount on all this internet you aren't getting.
