  1. If anyone wants one, feel free to make one in the DIY forum.
  2. I cut mine a bit lower so it lined up with the bumper.
  3. I would snatch up the booster (with the thin aluminum plate that goes between it and the fire wall), reservoir, and prop valve. Then you'll have them for later. :D
  4. Make sure you use a Throttle body cleaner, or a carb cleaner that says it's O2 sensor safe. Some carb cleaners aren't and they can mess up the O2 sensor.
  5. I gotta get out of the rust belt. It's just depressing. :( What are your plans? New interior? Paint? What transmission do you have?
  6. And use the opportunity to upgrade to shafts that use the bigger 297/760 U-joints. :D
  7. No need. That original post was made before the forum update. Now we (or at least I) can send to multiple people at once. :D
  8. I don't necessarily want more. The bigger it gets, the greater the chances of bigger headaches. :ack:
  9. I don't recruit jack. I point guys to the answers they seek. If that's a link to this site, than so be it. If that's a link to Naxja, or Pirates, than so be that too.
  10. Nah, that's not entirely fair. Burress was simply the last guy to play today. There's plenty of blame to go around. Like to my TE that got all of 1 point, or my RB that got a big fat 0.
  11. Wow, FF certainly makes ya care about players and teams you've never cared for before. I spent the last half hour screaming at Plaxico Burress because he can't catch the freaking football!!!!!!!!! I lost by 2 whole points and P.B. was in the endzone but couldn't get the ball more than once!
  12. You know, you guys can buy "chrome" in a paint can. That would be classy. :D
  13. It is something new. And if you think your screen is different, I'm still reading up on how I do things. :ack:
  14. I've had Shock Top and agree that it's pretty good. Mine came with a gigantic orange slice in it so I didn't realize it had that taste already. Oh, and if you check the "Topic titles only" box, it'll search the titles of posts.
  15. I also have peeling Rhino liner (on my truck's rockers). I've seen other guys' trucks that have Rhino and it seems to be holding up, so I'm guessing there's going to be some variation due to the installer. :dunno:
  16. I dig it, even if it was purple. How much lift do you have to run those 31's? 0" It's build thread is here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1556&p=13298
  17. It was a tactical decision due to the number of week 10 BYEs. See, when your team is consistently doing as poorly as mine, you tend to get fist dibs when the new draft comes along. I don't doubt I can pick him back up. :brows:
  18. 31x10.5s on stock 15x7 Jeep rims under a stock height 4wd MJ. No rubbing at all on the street after I swapped the lower control arms for WJ arms.
  19. I made my 88 impossible to lock up except for the drivers door key cylinder. I may lose the key, but I'll never lock it in the truck. :D
  20. I totally understand. That's why I got the rollbar installed before the trip. But not once in Moab did I feel like I needed it (and I did some of the gnarlier obstacles). A good reliable braking system is paramount though.
  21. Depending on what you do, you won't need a cage. Heck, many of the trails can be tackled in stock rigs (although a lift and locker can go a long ways towards making you look like a slickrock master :D ).
  22. ...and you don't have a manual trans. At least they were able to keep it pointed straight down. I shudder to think what would have happened if they started rolling over.
  23. A 4-link may be difficult if the axle is a 78 Dana 44. http://littlekeylime.com/MrN/Spicer/img ... alfton.jpg Are these axles built up? or stock?
  24. Nice paint job!
  25. Are you planning to use the Ford radius arms for your suspension? If the front axle is indeed from a 78 F-150, it'll have the cast radius arm mounts which are a real pain to work around when converting to a different suspension design.
