That frame might be reversed. I'll check that out next time the movie is on TV.
  2. In my opinion, it seems to be a decent quality product does the job it advertises. Unfortunately, it's a cleaver solution to what really shouldn't be a problem. Welding on perches is a simple job for most anyone to accomplish (just find a local shop), and if you're going SOA, you probably shouldn't be using a Dana 35 anyway. Now, if they could invent a bolt-in application for other axles (cough, 8.8, cough) then that would be something. It's a good idea, but falls a bit short on practicality (in my humble opinion of course).
  3. We got sidetracked from the original poster's problem. It happens. :D

  6. I want a driveway like that. :D But anyway, if I remember right, it sometimes takes a bit of backing up to get the truck to fully shift out of 4wd.

  10. That's for a modern t-case. The older ones are a bit different. From my 86 owners manual: When towing any further than 200 miles, stop every 200 miles and, with the t-case still in neutral, start the engine and place an auto trans in drive and a manual trans in 2nd gear and operate the engine at a fast idle for 1 minute to circulate oil in the t-case. And also: When towing with either the front or rear wheels up, limit to 30 mph and no greater than 15 miles.

  18. Nope. That's my sister's house. It's down the street at my parent's house. Just keep busting down garage doors and you'll find it eventually. :D

  24. Welcome!! :wavey: You'll need to host the pictures online and then link to them here. See this post: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=11077 It might be a bit tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. :D
